NO! A UPS wont help as long as your 360's AC adapter input is 110v(100-127). What you need is an AC converter(step-down). Its best you use both(UPS+step-down). If you can get a 220v adapter, you wont need a step-down in Nigeria. but you'd have to keep your 110v adapter for Canada. . . Or throw it away and use your 220v adapter with a step-down in Canada
And i dont see how your 360's adapter could possibly have been damaged in Nigeria if you used a step-down. . . Unless you connected it directly to your neighbourhood's transformer

the fact you cant locate it means you probably dont have it. . .
if you do, it should be in the same folder as the setup of the emulator. It should be a .bin file, though if its compressed it would be a .rar, .zip etc. In which case you'd have to extract the .bin file from the .rar or .zip file(Windows can read .zip files by itself. if its a .rar file, you'd have to download 7zip[or alternate software] to extract the content).

^^ i believe there ARE modchips for the 360. . .

You have to download the BIOS(assuming you dont already have it). Then tell ur emulator where the file(s) is stored on ur computer.
And dont bother asking for links. . . Search!
