Fellas, I didn't look this up until now.
Firstly, I saw a Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner who help me with some special homeopathic supplement.
Above all, lifestyle changes. No alcohol No spicy food No carbonated drink Gluten free Healthy fat only Chicken breast etc
I'm in a very good place. Added 10kg back and controlling myself not to add more.
Best of luck in navigating this shit. It was really tough, even the chief gastroenterologist, a professor, was so confused. |

Ebubu: it is strange he did not refer you to another clinic or hospital if he could find nothing on you.
I will advise you go to another general hospital or specialist hospital at least.
What do you expect to gain from nairalanders? They are not doctors and even if they were, they can not clerk you and have access to your medical records or send you on tests/investigations.
Please continue your search for wellness in another general hospital. Goodluck Well said, and thanks. Was hoping someone with similar experience could share. |

Ebubu: where were you diagnosed of chronic gastritis induced by H. pyroli? Why don’t you go back there if it is a medical hospital and your file will be re-visited so you can inform them your new complaints for follow-up? I have done that today. The Gastroentrologist appears lost to me. He did an ultrasound of my stomach told me he found nothing and everything looks good. Did not prescribe any medication either. I am so exhausted and confused. |

Hi guys,
Was diagonsed of chronic gastritis caused by h.pylori in February. I have taken the eradication treatment which is some Antibiotics/PPI.
2 months after, i am still having the symptons. - Consistent weight loss (so far 16kg) - Burning in the upper abdomen and on my entire left side of the belly. - Dizziness, tiredness and the likes - indigestion/bloating.
I have changed my diets. No alcohol, no spicy food, no beef etc.
So i was wondering if anyone in the house ever experienced that? How did you overcome it?
Pls advice. |

In the sction of the visa form where you were asked if you have ever been deported or denied entry into any country, did you tick Yes/No?
If you have said NO, the probably have found out it happened hence the ECO didn't go into details.
If you had said YES, they might ask you for further explanation and i think you somehow still have a chance.
I have seen cases where people deported or Inadmissable to USA get visa to UK. And i have seen cases where someone said NO but still got the visa despite having a life ban from USA.
Pls note i am not judging you o, nobody holy pass. These ECO matter dey weak me sometimes |

ighodarovictor: Gurus in the house, please help me to review the refusal letter below because I believed the Eco didn't do his /her job carefully.. I have a treasury bill that worh more than £30,000 that will matured even after expiration of the 6months visa with evidence attach and majority of the money I received is sent to my mutual fund account with evidence of the mutual fund account statement. I submitted four banks statement (1) my personal bank statement with closing balance of #139,000 (2) my joint account with my sister that has been in existence since past 6years with closing balance #580,000 and fixed deposit of #600,000 (3) my business account with a closing balance of #350,000 with regular inflow of cash and regular out flow to my mutual fund account or for running of business (4) my savings account which I intend to use for the trip with a closing balance of #750,000 ,(5) my mutual fund account with a closing balance of #2,000,000. To be honest I feel I was robe of my visa fee. Please house I need your kind suggestion. The ECO mentioned that he/she considered 2 things. 1. Funds 2. Immigration history Although he didn't elaborate on the immigration history, but obviously a background check was done and something wasn't consistent with your application. How about you look into that as well? |

BabbanBura: False, pls do not mislead people with your perception. Yes our first degree learnings are below adequate but sufficient enough for that level. The postgraduate degrees in those advanced nations help bridge the inadequacies of our first degree and also add the learnings of the second degree, so any beneficiary is better off. The problem with some of us with first degrees from Nigerian universities is that, we dont want to buckle up and work extra hard on the inadequacies of the first degrees and therefore only managing to finish the postgraduate with a pass and therefore not quite useful. Foreign education will definitely give one an edge over what we have in Nigeria. However, one important thing is the fact that a hustling spirit, determined mindset, is more important, most times, than even the foreign university. If u want, go to any length to acquire education, being docile, laid back and not a fighter to make things happen, u will live and die a mediocre with little or no success to show for all the education. God bless you. You talk am finish |

Powersurge: I will never make that mistake in my life. Education is NOT a function of wealth ooo. If I have money to finance myself in school in place like UK, I will do anything but using it to school there. EXCEPT I am VERY sure of not coming back here.
You mean I will go and spend about 10m-15m to acquire degree and be carrying CV on Nigeria streets? I must be daft then. Those guys that did aren't daft. They took a risk and didn't work for them. This in the abroad is funny. As a matter of fact you can get a job and still not be happy cos adjusting to the life here no be joke. You can put that 15m in business and still fail. Does that make you daft? Life on its own is a risk. Just be legit |

Agboriotejoye: Bros either your village people are following you bumper to bumper or you're just lying which one? You wouldn't know what he's talking about until you're in his shoes. Majority of the responses i have read so far are extremely ignorant and the person you're attacking has posted one of the most realistic response. If your parents are paying of course no regrets. Put you hard earned savings in it, get the visa, study hard, graduate with good grades and see yourself working for peanuts or so under a 23 year old fresh graduate with B.Sc as your manager, then come back and post this comment here. As for the OP, I'd say studying abroad is worth every penny but still a risk. You're not 100 percent guaranteed a job. But do your thing and see how it works for you. Its hard for anyone to admit regret but there a lots of testimonies too. God bless our hustle |

mobolaji234: Thanks for the reply,
So what would be required of me from the immigration officers of Germany when I'm leaving Portugal . And can I get a job withing the space of 3months when I'm still legal? I'm a BSc holder. Thanks Your visa doesn’t give you the right to work, therefore you’re classified illegal. Secondly, even if you’re legal later in the years, your Nigeria degree will not get you a job. You need to have a qualification from GermNy or any of the western country to be recognized in the Labour market. Thirdly, please think it over and over, life here for “aduro” nor easy oooo...think am well |

LordKO: The downside of getting married to someone that hasn't achieved self-realization - emancipated intellectually, physically, financially, spiritually and ethically - is that when they finally do, the centre hardly hold water again.
Amara has achieved self-realization. I pray and hope that she and Kanu will see reasons to remain in oneness in their union despite the very many disparities I see between them.
Time has come when Kanu will expect submissiveness rather than submission from her. When request will be put forth towards her rather than demand. And on her part, time has come when she has to become a proponent and practitioner of right with responsibility not the other way round.
Respect is reciprocal.

This simply shows that the financial statement published over the years by MTN is not intact. To think that they have external auditors who still go ahead and give an unqualified opinion about their books of account is sad.
We need strict corporate governance code like the Sarbanes oxley act of the Usa and the German codex in this country.
The fake code the FRC is using to tackle the churches, is it not enforceable on a company like Mtn??
