Before now I use to think those that fall in church were possessed not until the day the power of God hit me. Before then I was being entertained by those falling around and wondering. I remember seeing the guy on the sax on the stage struggling not to fall as he was playing but before I know it he tumbled over he didn't just fall, he tumbled as in Summersault of the stage. I was shocked. The guy on the keyboard was vibrating and i have heard people say instrumentalist dont fall or camera men lols I saw these ones fall and the whole pastors were all scattered on the floor too. People said only ladies fall, come and see Gods power slaying both fine boys lols. What shocked me most was when our very own senior pastor fell and at the same time shook like someone having epilepsy. I was like whaooooo. The whole atmosphere had changed. I still can't explain it. It was an usual moment. I wasn't strong in the Christian faith then but I could tell that it wasn't the usual service I knew. It was just like what the bible calls "when the spirit comes to move the water or let me say the spirit of God hovering". I was feeling bad that I was different from every other person. I wanted the touch from God badly but at the same time looking at those falling. From no where I felt a strong wave like a wind or something very very strong. I lost balance and fell in immediately. Mine was a very dramatic falling. I spin I won't say roll as in spin like whirlwind to and fro. I was told the ushers ran after me but I was too fast and they had difficulty stopping me. I was screaming and spinning uncontrollably. The second experience I had another day, I was seated and before I knew it, I was off the chair. No hands was laid on me and it wasn't even prayer session. Just pure in depth worship and I had an electrifying feelings like one plugged into a socket.
At first I used to be embarrassed but as time goes on and I began to understand the manifest power of God, It became a thing of Joy for me whenever the power of God comes upon me. Even in my bedroom, main worship, I feel the presence of God. I start shaking uncontrollably like I've been plugged into a live wire. That's why I call the Holy spirit my friend.
I always look forward to having the Holy Spirit around all the time.

Uhmmm there's a saying in my place that it's better for a person to be dead than missing and never found. At least they know the person is dead with an evidence but a missing person leaves a very painful scar. They are never forgotten. Everyday they hope for their return. I know the pains these family are going through.

thebest1210 Whaoooooo this just reminded me of those times when I struggled with exactly dreams like this. Op dear, it's set back. There was a time in my life that I will sleep and then gbam, I am in my secondary school with old school friends that I havent seen for years or even compound that I left years ago. The annoying thing was that, those dreams comes whenever i am expecting goodies, money, jobs, projects, I will have those dream and just like that those my good expectations will just scatter. The good things I was expecting will lead to disappointment they won't come to pass. At first I didn't understand what was happening to me not until I began to take note of it. Then I realized they were the same pattern. I was not yet a Christian then. So then once I am working on a project or expecting money or assistance then I dream again and see my self in my secondary school or with friends or neighbors I had not seen for years in my former neighborhood, I will wake up and start crying saying my plans is ruined. I won't get the money by again etc. I began to understand the pattern that one day I met a friend and told my friend what I was battling with. It was serious then ooo because if anyone was about helping me or giving me something, the dream will come again and that favor will become a failure. It won't come to pass. My life was really heading no where. Since I already knew what was happening, whenever I sleep and have the dream, when I wake up immediately I do cancel the dream and send it back to where it is coming from. I prayed with my own knowledge and understanding instead of panicking like I use to do. Even when I am expecting anything and I have the dream, I know immediately that something good is coming my way and the devil wants to hijack it before it reaches me so I pray immediately through out the whole day and collect back in faith what's mine. I struggled with it for years all through last year December. You know what? From January till this very moment, I have never had such kind of dreams. Also no more set backs of any kind. It has been blessing upon blessing. If the devil brings such dream to me now, I know what to do, I will laugh out loud, as in na me una wan try? Una dey craze. Summoun the demon(s), bring out my heavenly bulala and beat shit commot from the demon(s) who went on that errand. Op if you are seeking a living church, I recommend Dominion City to you.
