Hi guys! Anybody that applied to Bowling Green State University GA position for COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY, ARCHITECTURE & APPLIED ENGINEERING here? How did you get your recommendations over to the college?

Will they access the recommendations submitted online during graduate school application or will the recommender have to mail the paper recommendation to the college?

I am not really clear about it and have attached the document for the gurus in the house. Appreciations.

I registered GRE in November for my ward using Affordable test and just came back to check this thread after his ETS account was blocked due to pending payments (for the second time).

I contacted AffordableTests again based on ETS prompt and he blocked my number on Whatsapp.

Payment was made into a GTB account when the HighStreet Mico Finance bank account he gave didn't go through.

I got admitted to Virginia Tech Master of Accounting and Information Systems program (MACIS) and also Kansas State University Manhattan Campus to study Masters in Accountancy (MAcc program).

Virginia tech offered me paid teaching assistantship which qualified me to pay instate tuition, out of which my department is covering 50percent and health insurance.

Kansas offered me scholarship towards tuition but I am yet to know the exact percentage.

Please, has anyone heard from Kansas state University? Department of Political science to be precise. I messaged the department and GC but their response is kinda elusive about the decision date.

Their admission status is delaying other pending decision(s).

Hello house, I hope this corona thing wouldn’t affect fall admission, a friend in the USA mentioned to me that his dept got an email from the school saying his dept should find an alternative concerning graduate assistant as limitations will be on international students coming in, who has more insight on this matter, pls explain.

I am having a little problem with one of my recommenders. A request email for recommendation has been dispatched to his mailbox since 31st of January but up till now he has refused to respond to the email. I have had to remind him on 3 different occasions but still he would not keep his promises and it is becoming glaring that he is not interested in doing the needful.
My question now is if there is a way to change a recommender after an application has been submitted?

I won’t advice he takes a night bus, anything can happen on the way that might cause a delay. He might not get to Abuja on time. He can take a bus a day before his interview and spend just 5k or so for a night at an hotel close to the embassy. After the interview he can take night bus back to Ibadan.

You must understand that prior to now, LSAT is or was a requirement to get into Law school in the USA. Things may be different now, you can guide the person that asked the question and tell him what is needed to get admission into the Law School at Urbana Champagne.

All I know is that there must be an admission test to evaluate the admissibility of the applicants, maybe they now use GRE as a parameter too in the University of Illinois Urbana Champagne. WHO KNOWS!

The LSAT is a must for admission into a Law school in the USA, whether funding or not.

I really do not think you can get fully funded for Law degree in the US. You can get some form of scholarship that can aid with offsetting part of your tuition.
