what i meant was that when ribadu was in office, the looting of public funds was not of this magnitude that we are experienccing now, during ribadus reign the fear of efcc was the begining of wisdom, mind you 32 siting governors were pencil down for probing by ribadu including yaradua. These days the politicians are no longer afaid to steal and loot some even dip their hands directly in the state treasury. and dare you to report them to efcc .
