All the things u said are true apart from this. There has never been any time I called their cc without getting a response. There was a time I subscribed to 1 week unlimited N3,750 and my acct was not activated. I called them everyday for 10 days, each day they kept telling me they are working on it and that they will resolve it soon bla bla bla. Try this number 0700 6835 5483 they answer just that calling doesn't always solve anything as they are only going to tell u they are sorry. Me I have moved on and gone back to spectranet, at least with that one whenever I pay I start browsing unlike ntel that even after paying u are not guaranteed of browsing.

i think i will move to SpectraNet and do that monthly unlimited, it isn't so different in price from Ntel. Only that all this Nigerian things. They will eventually mess up.

Ntel provides very good internet services. But they seem to have run into some problems recently. And no one is saying anything.

First, The important part of their website, which is the payment area, is literally none existant. You can not renew or purchase any plans. All you get is an error message or an automated apology from them. This has been going on for month now.

Another thing, they have no department in charge of responding to email. If you send an email to their support today, you will get a response in two years. No even an auto-response. This is terrible. Perhaps, they are going under soon.

Calling the customer care number on their website is like taking money and setting it on fire. As you will wait forever on their line, and still eventually hear that their is no one to attend to you. I have called this line many time since over a year, but NEVER spoken to anyone on that line.

The other way to renew or purchase a plan is via QuickTeller. This too has become a serious problem. As quickTeller says your line is kinda non-existent. It cannot verify your number. So, you cannot pay.

Now, don't get me started on their physical office (Gwarimpa, Abuja. In this case.).
1. They never have NETWORK! Oh!! The irony!!!
2. The so-called staff. They are the laziest people ever. They just keep you waiting. Period. Offer no apologies or explanations. Just ramble that no network or "go, I will work"..

The company itself have made no statement or offered any apology on their social media platforms, that I know of.

They have become a typical example of businesses in Nigeria.

Or perhaps they are going under too like most companies.

Who else has issues with their service?

The truth is that most people, not all, use wordpress because it is easy. download a template, use plugins, finish! When you are told to add a feature that plugins can't handle, you get stuck. this is the truth!

Imagine developing a stock exchange platform that connects to the exchange api at NSE or something, can you comfortable say you can do it?!

what's the essence of spending a month scripting a site when I can get the same thing done with wordpress in less than 2 days?
once thing they don't know is most clients prefer a wordpress site, cause in a very short period of time they'll be able to understand the platform and make any updates on their own instead of seeking someone to do so and waste another money for what they could have done it themselves.

Most of the web developers on this forum are Hungary developers with very little skill in web development.
There charges are very cheap but they endup spending huge amount of there meaning ful time on your project only to end up designing a shitty site.
