I have a Kia Cerato 2014 Nigerian used but i noticed the bottom engine cover is no longer there leaving the base of the engine exposed. Is a replacement available at Kia center? If yes, what is the estimated price?

I bought the Beefie Meat Pie this morning. I checked as usual for Production date(PD) and Best before (BB) but to my surprise i couldn't find any. After checking the whole cartoon of Beefie Meat pie, i found out that all of them were not having PD and BB on them.
Is Beefie Meat Pie compromised?
