Every state has a supreme court in US which are different from the only SCOTUS sitting in Washington with 9 justices. Read! Not insulting you. What I am saying is supreme court is the Apex court, they also have appeal courts like us too. Mind you, if you can't proof your fraud case at the lower courts, no chance for you at the supreme court. Both at the state or national. Supreme is Supreme. |

This US election is not yet uhuru as I see it. It might be decided by congressional vote in the end Not disputing that. But if supreme court dismisses a case, do you think there is any hope for such case? There is no chance for argument at the supreme court. |

Politics › Re: If These 3 Men Defect From APC To PDP, That's The End Of Tinubu's Ambitions by rolams(m): 4:42pm On Dec 10, 2020 |
Ekundayo7574: The race of 2023 presidential election is getting intense. In the light of the recent happenings in the political arena, where politicians are changing alliances, rumors of new alliances to emerge before the 2023 presidential election. With the Nigerian youths also clamoring for change in governance and demanding for a new set of leadership, if the current administration cannot guarantee the restructuring and reforming of the country. With the second phase of ENDSARS being in motion now after the casualties that occurred in the first phase, especially the events that took place at Lekki Toll Gate on October 20, the pressure it will definitely have on existing political parties, especially the two major ones, APC and PDP will be immense. Both of them will surely be careful who they will choose as their parties flag bearers in 2023. Their candidates must surely appeal to the youth, if they want their supports.
We've seen so many twists and surprises over the last few months. 2020 is indeed a year that gave us a lot of shocking revelation. From Godwin Obaseki showing us the possibilities of not having a godfather's blessing, and still win an election. His victory has indeed inspired so many people, especially the young generation who are not ready to be anyone dub. Obaseki's victory is indeed a temporary setback for APC Chieftain, Bola Tinubu and it might affect him indefinitely in 2023 election if the care is not taking. Though Ebonyi State Governor defection to APC has been seen as a big catch for the party, but what many failed to understand is that, Governor Wike is actually the big fish as far as the South East is concern, compare to David Umahi.
The impact of Bola Tinubu in the political sphere can never be over emphasised and history will surely be kind to him, especially with the mastermind plan he set in motion when he was the Governor of Lagos State, to restructure and reform the state, most especially "ECONOMICALLY." Over the years, rumors has it that Tinubu has plan to succeed General Muhammad Buhari in 2023. Even though the APC Chieftain has kept distance from such notion. But the Tinubu we all know thrive on secrecy, he's very discreet in his plans and it is very difficult to predict his move sometimes. But peradventure if the rumors are true, and Tinubu has the intention of running for Presidency in 2023, there are three men he must make sure stays with APC or else, he can kiss his presidential ambition goodbye in 2023.
Yes, I agree that Tinubu is influential, powerful and has a great network across the states he can leverage on, but you need to understand that our natural conception and birth is a result of human cooperation. We all are a sum total of all the contributions made to our lives by the people in our circle. There are three men who are going to be strategic for APC and Tinubu in 2023 election, especially in the North and South. They are going to be key if APC will experience landslide victory in the presidential election.
1. Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai
He is a Nigerian politician who is the Governor of Kaduna State, in office since 2015. He was previously the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory from 2003 to 2007; and the director of the Bureau of Public Enterprises. He is a founding member of the ruling All Progressives Congress. In 2013, el-Rufai was appointed deputy national secretary of the newly formed All Progressives Congress (APC). Rumors has it that El-Rufai also has want to run for the presidency, even if Tinubu will keep sacrificing his presidential ambition for others as his custom was, don't forget the craving of the South East for presidency in 2023, coupled with David Umahi defection might pose a big threat to El-Rufai presidential ambition, which might eventually pushed him away to PDP.
2. Babatunde Raji Fashola
On 25 November 2020, Nigeria’s Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, has told the All Progressives Congress to respect the zoning agreement at the formation of the party for the 2023 elections. Fashola’s statement is coming amidst reports that some APC members are plotting to thwart the arrangement for power shift between North and South, intending to retain the presidency in the North on the expiration of President Muhammadu Buhari’s second term.
The APC was forged out of three main opposition parties and a faction of the former ruling Peoples Democratic Party in 2013, creating a platform that successfully wrested power at the ballot a year later with Buhari as its candidate. The merger involved the Action Congress of Nigeria, led by Nigeria’s former anti-corruption chief Nuhu Ribadu, the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), headed by Buhari, as well as the All Nigeria People’s Party (ANPP) and All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA). The parties said they had formed the APC because the need for radical change had never been more urgent. However, the party structure is already being faced with concerns of the which zone will produce the party flagbearer for 2023 presidential election. It will be good if APC honor their initial agreement, which Fashola has already raised the alarm or else, they will risk losing him to PDP.
3. Yahaya Adoza Bello
He is a Nigerian politician, businessman and the current Governor of Kogi State. The people are calling on him to run for president but he has not come out clearly to tell us, whether he is accepting that clarion call or not. Bello, who is currently serving his second tenure in office, became one of Nigeria’s youngest governors at the age of 40 in 2015 Big lie |

zimmaking: This is politics and religion combined.Im not a democrat loving/Republican.I sit on the fence and most times i dont read news about how he is failing in the lower courts.I know 100% he will win.The book of Daniel is happening before our eyes.I dont want to be selfish with this knowledge, this is why im reveling things here so people can know what will happen. Many christians and Democrats will attack me,but the fact/revelation is here. 1. He will never concede. Do you ever wondered why a supreme court judge died a month to the election? These judges will eventually follow him. 2. Joe Biden will loose. Let me digress a bit from Politics(Im still here though) to the book of Daniel 11 vs 20. "Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes in the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle." This is what is happening right now in the U.S, joe biden is already seen as the winner/president elect, and is already standing in the place/estate of Donald Trump. We all know Joe biden is the "Raiser of Taxes" and that was why 50cent initially rejected his presidency. He will be removed/rejected without anger, battle i.e without violence as rightly prophesied by Daniel. It simply means he will be rejected by the supreme court. 3.Trump will be president and the whole world will wondered and marveled greatly. Revelation 13 vs 3 "And i saw one heads as it were wounded to death;and his deadly wound was healed:and all the world wondered after the beast" .The "HEAD" means rulership was wounded, but will survive the assault on his Presidency and the world will MARVELED. 4.Trump will likely be the Anti-Christ .Millions of Christians and jews will likely be offended here. But we all know the ANTI-CHRIST will deceive the righteous.Christians and evangelical are into this trap now,but they don't know yet. They taught the Democrats/Gay loving party people like obama will likely be the Antichrist.Hell no!That is straight forward thing,Anti-christ will be so COY. Daniel 11 vs 17a "HE SHALL ALSO SET HIS FACE TO ENTER WITH THE STRENGTH OF HIS WHOLE KINGDOM,AND THE UPRIGHT ONES WITH HIM." The upright ones means the Evangelicals,Christians and the JEWS.He is the one with the most support from christians and jews from the foundation of the world. The jews already see him as the messiah which they never did for Jesus.Try to google and find more on this yourself. 5.He signed a peace treaty already with some some Arab countries, the rest will follow the same once he gets re-elected.He will promise peace but he will disappoint Isreal and Christians.Daniel 11 vs 23 "And after league made with him he shall come deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people"
6. If you think this is gabage,i pity you.Have you ever wondered since the time of Jesus Christ over 2020 years ago,in the time of Romans that Jerusalem was governed by the Romans and it has never been the Capital of Isreal for thousands of years. The GUY who did that cannot just loose an election like that. What kings, empires were unable to do for over 2 millenums ,Donald Trump did it and you think he did not carry one special destiny? 7. One popular christian guy on this forum said the Anti-christ will be from Europe and he suspect Macron. The Anti-christ will definately be from europe but i guess he doesnt know that Donald Trump father was an European. He came from europe.
8.Before/Once he wins, which i'm sure he will please lets watch and be prayerful. What is this one saying? Why do you like to disgrace yourself? |

The defeat was the latest in a string of losses for President Donald Trump’s post-election lawsuits claiming voter fraud. A split Wisconsin Supreme Court on Thursday refused to hear President Donald Trump’s lawsuit attempting to overturn his loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the battleground state, saying the case must first wind its way through lower courts. The legal defeat on a 4-3 ruling was the latest in a string of losses for Trump’s post-election lawsuits. Judges in multiple battleground states have rejected his claims of fraud or irregularities. Dissenting conservative justices said the decision would forever “stain” the outcome of the election. Trump asked the Wisconsin Supreme Court to disqualify more than 221,000 ballots in the state’s two biggest Democratic counties, alleging irregularities in the way absentee ballots were administered. His lawsuit echoed claims that were earlier rejected by election officials in those counties during a recount that barely affected Biden’s winning margin of about 20,700 votes. Election workers check ballots during a Milwaukee hand recount of Presidential votes in Milwaukee, Wisconsin [File: Nam Y Huh/AP Photo] Trump had wanted the conservative-controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court to take the case directly, saying there was not enough time to wage the legal battle by starting first with a lower court given the looming December 14 date when presidential electors cast their votes. But lawyers for Democratic Governor Tony Evers and the state Department of Justice argued the lawsuit had to start with lower courts. Swing Justice Brian Hagedorn joined three liberal justices in denying the petition. It was not immediately known if Trump would still pursue the case through lower courts. His campaign spokeswoman did not immediately return a message seeking comment. Trump filed a similar lawsuit in federal court on Wednesday. Hagedorn said the law was clear that Trump must start his lawsuit in lower courts where factual disputes can be worked out. “We do well as a judicial body to abide by time-tested judicial norms, even – and maybe especially – in high profile cases,” Hagedorn wrote. “Following this law is not disregarding our duty, as some of my colleagues suggest. It is following the law.” Chief Justice Patience Roggensack, in her dissent, said she would have taken the case and referred it to lower courts for factual findings, which could then be reported back to the Supreme Court for a ruling. Conservative Justice Rebecca Bradley wrote that the court “forsakes its duty” by not determining whether election officials complied with the law and the inaction will undermine the public’s confidence in elections. “While some will either celebrate or decry the court’s inaction based upon the impact on their preferred candidate, the importance of this case transcends the results of this particular election,” she wrote in a dissent joined by Roggensack and Justice Annette Ziegler. “The majority’s failure to act leaves an indelible stain on our most recent election.” Trump’s lawsuit challenged procedures that have been in place for years and never been found to be illegal. He claimed there were thousands of absentee ballots without a written application on file. He argued that the electronic log created when a voter requests a ballot online – the way the vast majority are requested – does not meet the letter of the law. He also challenged ballots where election clerks filled in missing address information on the certification envelope where the ballot is inserted – a practice that has long been accepted and that the state election commission told clerks was permissible. Roggensack said the Supreme Court owed it to the public to determine whether that advice was correct, especially for future elections. “However, doing so does not necessarily lead to striking absentee ballots that were cast by following incorrect WEC advice,” she wrote. “The remedy Petitioners seek may be out of reach for a number of reasons.” Trump also challenged absentee ballots where voters declared themselves to be “indefinitely confined”, a status that exempts them from having to show photo identification to cast a ballot, and one that was used much more heavily this year due to the pandemic. The Wisconsin Supreme Court in March ruled that it was up to individual voters to determine their status. Two other lawsuits filed by conservatives are still pending with the Wisconsin Supreme Court seeking to invalidate ballots. In addition to Trump’s federal lawsuit, there is another one in federal court with similar claims from Sidney Powell, a conservative lawyer who was removed from Trump’s legal team. Wisconsin this week certified Biden’s victory, setting the stage for a Democratic slate of electors chosen earlier to cast the state’s 10 Electoral votes for him.
