VanuatuWycombe: This is not a matter of bank sir. Once we say Duty of Secrecy, one of the things that can make the data to be released is by COMPETENT COURT OF LAW telling such company to do so.
Two other ways it can be disclosed are:
- when the company itself is trying to defend itself in a court of law and there’s need to disclose such info.
- if the owner of such info instructs the company to disclose.
Among all these 3 situations, that of court of law is the most supreme.
You can ask any lawyer. I understand you but........... I don't want to say much. |

VanuatuWycombe: It is a financial institution. You can see currency behind crypto, at least. And it’s trading such currency which is affecting an economy.
When you here financial institution, don’t let your mind go to only banks. Insurance company is part of financial institutions. Add that to your pool of knowledge today.
Any company that deals in anything or renders any services that affects finance on a macro level, is termed financial institution.
That’s why the Act that regulates them has this name. BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT OF 1991 (as amended). You funny die! Have you ever read the terms and conditions always attached to cryptocurrency where "NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE" is written? He get why. If you don't understand cryptocurrency you won't get this point. |

So you don't know that if they are not registered to do business here it would actually be worse for them. They only reason why they are being handled like this is they followed the due process of doing business here, else they would have been treated terribly.... You don't know anything about cryptocurrency or online business. |

Laurene: I think both candidates are...They have heavy baggages. With Third party candidates on the ballot and Biden's record unpopularity, it's a tossup game. Only democratics and previous Biden's voters care about Jan 6th and co. Trump can still eke out a win due to Biden's coalition fragility and not that his popular but I think he's in a better position than 2016.
The same demographics that helped him win 2020 (independents) but now they disapprove of him. Biden can afford a crack at all. Biden is very deep in trouble and he might very much lose... Check the optics.
Biden's 2020 coalition isn't gonna vote for him in block again like they did...They either vote other candidates or don't vote at all Till then! |

This is the mistake you people are making. The cost of that stuff is like #1 to them over there. Converting 1 pound to Naira to get over a thousand plus is not the making of the Europeans rather, it's just unsatisfactory value our currency commands. |
