Don't hold your breath over the CSU matter. Let's assume Tinubu never went to CSU and the court rule against him, he will appeal the case in the US. Before the appeal is finalized, the Supreme Court in Nigeria would have delivered their judgement.

I know this is what may play out. Tinubu understands the game and have all weapons in his domain. But, second term won't be possible.

Judge Gilbert said he might not be able to shorten the time. He said he wants to rule in a “Solomonic” way so it doesn’t call for an appeal by any of the parties. He said 14days may not be enough but that he would try.

Judge Gilbert is mulling the possibility of cross examining Bola Tinubu to find out where he for his certificate from.
He has now adjourned the proceedings for a later date

The Lawyer representing the Chicago state University, Michael Hayes told Judge Gilbert that the university do not know if the certificate Bola Tinubu presented to INEC is forged or not. He said the University does not keep copies of certificates issued to students. He said the University cannot be liable for any forged documents. He said CSU knows nothing about any forged documents or false filings by Tinubu. He said the school is ready to cooperate and bring this issue to an end. He said the school has seen all the different certificates but do not know which one was filed with INEC.

My story may be long but pls endeavor to read to the end so that you can make proper suggestions or advice.

I have been married for more than 10yrs now with beautiful kids, my marriage is one that many Young guy will wish to have, but along the the line I don't know what happened things begin to nose dive. In the last 6yrs I discovered that I struggle to make love to my wife, she will either tell you ohh, she is tire or she don't like sex much..this I have endured for all this years with no cheating.
Her qualities are
She can cook
She can keep the house clean
She can manage resources
And she is accommodating to my people
In all this years I have never cheated on her, proudly saying it coz my dad warned me of cheating on my wife rather I should divorce her and go for another wife.

My qualities are
I work and earn like about 700k net a month.
I give feeding allowance and personal total of 100k a month while I invest the rest on a project which she is aware of.
I don't drink or smoke
I don't keep late night
and I am the best friend to her and my kids.
Honestly having talk to her for over 5yrs on this issues of love making and she refused to change, then I have decided to yield to my dad advice and ask her to leave...she is not aware of this plan, but trust me it will hit her.
I allow her to do little job to have her own finance is not as if she contribute anything in the house, but she is claiming stubborn, I love her so much, it will hurt me to cheat on her, something I have not done since I got married to her.
I plan moving to a new place in February, and she doesn't fit into my plans.

My decision between now and December is
1 Avoid asking her for lobe making
2 Continue taking care of her so she won't suspect anything
3 when she comes close I avoid her.
4 February I issues divorce papers and give her like 1m to go get her life back

Is there anything more I can do for her?

Please and please, I beg you in the name of whatever you believe in. Do not divorce her, get another wife legitimately. You will enjoy your life without hurting anyone.

APC has Kogi & Imo.
The tribal politics in Kogi is severe as Igala has gone for their son. Across all parties, they are lining up behind Muritala.

Bello will collect all the Central votes and they don't need persuasion, their son is running. The ADC guy is even helping deplete Dino's votes, like everybody will tear from Kogi West.

ADC will clinch the 2 Yagbas and maybe Kabba if care isn't taken. Dino, his native Ijumu and maybe one of Lokoja or Mopa-Muro. Outside of Kogi W, I honestly don't know where Dino will win.

Imo doesn't need any explanation. Hope is home & dry. He knows, everyone knows. SamDaddy is still looking for money to commence real campaign, nobody is looking his way. Athan is doing his best but safe to say, Imo is HOPEful.

PDP Bayelsa under Diri is superb.
Diri should be studied, nobody is complaining in the PDP there. He is giving everyone his own share (our style of politics), swept all House of Reps, swept all Senate seats in the State (only PDP State to do that asides Osun), in tune with his godfather Dickson.

What magic will anyone do to deny him a second term?
David Lyon will have given him a real fight for many reasons, but unfortunately, it is what it is. Even those in Bayelsa East will have to back him, it's their turn after Diri's.

Now this was what I said earlier, cos some of these rulings are conflicting in its entirety..... In one state they'd say it's pre-election matters and party internal affairs and lack the jurisdiction to hear the matter, in other states the tribunals assume jurisdiction over same arising issues...

This our Justice system here is whack sorry to say.... Cos ain't there supposed to be a unison in judgements even tho there are no justice served? And how does the court use flimzy reasons to force their choices against those who stood under sun and rain to vote?
Who do we have an election is courts can decide who to hand hand power over to.... I feel petitions should me made away with... Who ever wins at first ballot should go till the next election cycle.....

After reading through, the PDP has no grounds of appeal here since there was an earlier judgement on them....

Internal trajectory or the HoR and Senate would soon change....
