Only rookies in Nigerian politics are fixated on how may people attend rallies. Those of us that were involved in campaign rallies in the past know what up. To fill up any stadium in Nigeria is very easy if you're willing to pay 3k or 5k per person in the south or 1k or less per person in the North to attend but that doesn't mean they're your supporters. If you don't pay, they won't come but will still vote whoever they like. You may have scanty people in rallies but on the day of election they'll vote massively for you.

Over the last few hours, we all have been inundated with all sorts of press releases from the Dangote drivers Union, ordering their members to stop delivering "goods" to The Eastern part of the country. According to this weird organization of self absorbed egomaniacs, this action was taken following the purported "killings" of their members by some irate villagers in the east. Very interestingly, no significant mention was made of the litany of massacres and ethnic cleansing carried out by wild fulani miscreants in the East.

This ban is coming few days after another amorphous organization claiming to represent the "farmers from the north", placed another "ban" on the exportation of agricultural goods to the same South East! Their reason? The detoriating state of security in the East! This is not the first time the East has been assaulted with this type of almighty "bans" by this socalled northern farmers. It happened during the days of big IPOB rallies against Buharis Evil rule. The joke here is that the supporters of Boko Haram and the apostles of fulani herdsmen are now the ones claiming the moral high ground as they impose "sanctions" on another part of the country over security demands!

For many many months, the Dangote company has been accused of using her endless deluge of mischievous trucks to dump all sorts of strange looking fulani characters in different parts of the South. Many Dangote trucks were impounded during the COVID lockdown as the drivers struggled to explain the identities of the hidden occupants of their lorries. These characters couldn't tell where they were coming from or where they were going. All parts of the South have never known peace ever since. The same drivers have turned Southern highways into some formula one tracks where thousands have been killed deu to the reckless driving habits of their bad drivers. In all these, the Dangote organization has conviniently kept mute and pretended like they don't know what was going on.


It is therefore very annoyingly disgusting that the only time the Dangotes of this world and the different 'ban imposing northern organizations' would act on these allegations, was when the people who have been at the receiving end of the endless fulani massacres, decided to take the laws into their hands to save their nevks! Something that could easily have been avoided if everyone did his bit! The security agencies in the East, especially in that Enugu/Ebony axis, have been accused on numerous occasions of siding with the fulani genocidal marauders. It has gotten so bad that the locals seriously believe that the security agencies are working hand in hand with the fulani terrorists!

In the very community at Enugu where the latest attack on a Dangote truck took place, just a week prior, fulani herdsmen organized a bloody massacre that left dozens dead and missing. They have been doing so whenever they want to for years now. None has been arrested or jailed for such. The Army did nothing! The Police did nothing! Infact, in the recent attack, when the Army arrived, they decided to engage the local Eastern Security Network outfit combating the murderous herdsmen there, rather than chasing after the fulani culprits responsible for the atrocities!

In view if all these. I suggest that interest groups in the East should meet and place a total ban on Dangote trucks from plying all of former Eastern Nigeria immediately the Dangotes lift their ignoble ban! Same ban should be placed on those socalled northern food suppliers! They don't dump their goods on easterners for free! They're paid for their rotten tomatoes and sodomized vows!


What that means is that if they do not want to sell, immediate alternatives must be found from both within and outside the country to replace them! Dangote has no single manufacturing establishment in the East. Just warehouses! Infact, most of Dangotes warehouses in the East, are owned by locals. These two irritating organizations only take from the East and gives nothing back, so their irritating habit of threatening with sanctions need to be frontally dealt with and squashed immediately!

Blame everybody but the perpetrators of the atrocities....IPOB.....shame on you.

IPOB and NK was going about preaching violence...asking govenment EMPLOYEES to be killed and government properties in the east to be destroyed.

Firstly, I once asked similar rhetorical question on "what will Igbos gain by voting for Obi" and most of the Igbo responders stated they were only interested in a better Nigeria for all and not necessarily about what they could gain from Obi. What I could deduct from their views was that they weren't basically voting for Obi based on sentiments but because they feel he is the best candidate and can change Nigeria positively.

So, I want Tinubu supporters to give their reasons for supporting Tinubu. Especially, those that want to railroad all Yorubas to vote for Tinubu simply because he is a Yoruba man and nothing else.

How will Tinubu change the fortunes of Yorubas? Is their anything they stand to gain collectively by virtue of Tinubu being president of Nigeria?

There is no argument here. Bola Tinubu is the so called national leader of the APC - a party that has failed to deliver the goods to Nigerians. If you will be fair...the economic indices since 2015 has been gloomy globally.....if APC had made as much money as pdp the result would have been different especially in the areas of economy....even at that the economic outlook woukd have been worse than this if not for the policies on agriculture especially that has ensured food supply stability.

The fact still remains that if Peter Obi should come to my LGA to campaign, I will not attend it because I am an extremely busy person; but on election date, I and my entire household will vote for Peter Obi. Many people also share same view as mine.
