Very annoying something. It's WhatsApp contacts sync, if you go to your contacts list and display only WhatsApp contacts you'll see the contacts are still there, you'll have to delete them again from there

Hats off to these ballsy champs...unfortunately, going to school doesn't always translate to getting educated. Dude. I'm pretty sure every phone user hate annoying ads but this particular ad on CODmobile is a good ad.. I don't even know how to explain it to you. And like most phone users, i hate ads too.. and I'll be quite glad if it's true that Xiaomi block ads but i want that COD ad.

And it's not like I'm sure of the story that Xaomi block ads. I'm only trying every way possible to get to see ads on CODmobile.

The best you can hope is this next update fixes it, it's affecting most devices, not limited to one brand. They've come out themselves to say it's disabled for low end devices which is hogwash because MI 9T and a lot of other affected devices are not low end. It's the game itself not Xiaomi, try troubleshooting a bit before jumping to conclusions.

Baba calm down, e go show very soon. I'm also on EU rom and I haven't gotten the update, but it doesn't worry me one bit because it's assured, that much is enough for me.

The update is dropping in batches. I wouldn't know why but if I were to speculate, I would say it's in order to catch any major bug early, that would require a roll back of the update. Just imagine everyone gets the update once and there's a major bug on it, everyone that has that model ends up with a broken phone, not cool. Chill man.

None of those points is a clear indication you're being monitored. Your phone could be bad and you could definitely debug all those stuffs you listed with a little digging.

It's almost impossible to detect a top notch spyware, in fact you'd need luck to catch it cos it wouldn't throw up any flags.

Generally, to reduce your chances of ending up with those, you should stop sharing apps with people through xender and the rest, and stop downloading APK packages from random sites. Android is open source, so anyone that knows their onions can download an app and modify it anyhow, you wouldn't know unless you looked at the codebase. So only download apps from play store. Of course there are still chances to slip spywares and all sorts of crapware past play store nets but at least it'll considerably reduce your chances of ending up with one.

Finally, if you really don't want to be monitored or spied, then go back to dumb phones. Stay off the internet too.
