Depends on your style of trading. For day trading, you might want to look at the HTFs like 4hrs or 1D to determine the primary trend, then go down to 1hr or 30mins to identify your structures, support, resistance, and what not. Then go even lower to 15 or 5 mins to find a good entry and manage the trade...

But there's only so much you can do with Ɓinance charts, if you want to do proper charting then get Tradingview

Actually, scratch the part about USD not being stable.

Yes usdt moves up and down but not by much...you'll notice it's slightly above or below $1 at times, it's because of supply and demand. When there's blood on the streets, people will scramble to convert their highly volatile coins to usdt thereby sucking up liquidity if there's not enough and this will push up the price a bit. And vice versa, when ƁTC is on a run and people are rushing to convert from usdt to ƁTC

It's pegged against the USD in a 1-to-1 ratio meaning 1 usdt is going to always equal $1. And USD isn't exactly stable. It's a stablecoin in the sense that each token is backed by an actual FIAT

Checkout "Technical Analysis Using Multiple Timeframes" by Brian Shannon. It's a book on stock trading but it pretty much applies to all financial instruments

Only luck here is that XRP is in a confirmed uptrend and there'll be more rallies than pullbacks in an uptrend hence you'd probably get away with unplanned trades. But once it starts printing lower lows... embarassed

If you're sure you got the address right then check if the transfer has gotten at least 1 confirmation, it should show up immediately it gets confirmed

Which exchange? Even if you set a limit price much lower than market price, it's still supposed to sell at no less than market price. Check your transaction history to see the order details

Funds are "SAFU"...also if Binance, being the biggest exchange with all their security and stuff still gets hacked, you think those wallets and other small exchanges you're sending it to are safe? They just aren't targeted as much. This is not to say you should leave your money with them, but understand that there's still a risk of losing it no matter where you move it, it's one of the risks of investing in crypto. At least Binance to some extent is backed in case of such events, how many of the other wallets and exchanges can you say are "safu"? Better invest in an offline wallet cos you're not safe anywhere online.

You're probably trying to buy the coin directly with fiat. Deposit the money first then convert to the coin you want

Which currency did you deposit? You have to convert it to usdt. If it's NGN then search for usdt/ngn pair and buy some usdt first
