Seeing and knowing these persons and the challenges they faced would really help in making a lot of us take dressing and adhere to guidelines. Unless there's more to this, I see no reason why we keep hearing "A man", "A woman".

I get what you are saying , but here is a reason why I always cheerfully stop at any law officer manned checkpoint.

If you zoom off at a checkpoint....it can be safely assumed by any police officer that 1) you have something to hide 2) it is probably a dangerous weapon.

As an example, during my early days as a medic, one night, the police brought in three dead bodies for certification of death at the hospital where I worked. Armed robbers. The guys saw a checkpoint, tried to zoom through it, because they knew the cops would stop them...and naturally the police assumed they were armed and dangerous, and opened fire, and they were right (and the robbers had just stolen the car they were driving in).

If you act suspiciously around a lawman, the lawman has to proceed on the assumption that you are armed and dangerous.(and sometimes it does not end well).

Mind you, this case involving the NSCDC man has to be investigated thoroughly by an independent body.
That is trash! And they didn't engage the cops? Baba na story wey police tell u u dey con tell us? Abegeeee

You actually have a point but I didn't give anyone a reason to keep having unprotected sex.. I've actually preached abstinence all my life... The reason I shared a personal story was to encourage those that already have it that there is still life.. You can live as long as you want.

And someone with HIV is not a living corpse sir, choose your words wisely.. Their chances of growing old is high.. higher than sickle cell patients.. I thought you should know this actually judging from most of your comments I read here.
Bros some persons are still living in the 80's jare. Pay him no mind. My fiancée works with a NGO that dispenses drugs to people with the challenge. She really enlightened me about it. Diabetes is worse than HIV

This whole issue could have been handled better than this, but you cannot hide incompetence, what FG isn't telling the people is that about 90 percent of the cases in Nigeria were imported cases, community spreading isn't happening, that's why the cases are not high, they are supposed to focus more on the border and flight entry control, they only just give figures as if the cases were transmitted inside the country....

Romance › Re: My Experience With A Lady I Met by Roon9(m): 11:48pm On Apr 14, 2020
johnmba:
I will try and make it brief.

I met a lady on Tuesday 2 weeks before the lockdown in an office. We exchanged pleasantries and she gave me her number. I called her later in the evening to check up on her.

On Saturday that same week, I put a call to her around 7am to find out if we can meet later in the day, She agreed. Around 4pm I called again but she said she is tired and needed to rest. She advised me to do like. I agreed and told her am going to shoprite to pick one or two things before going home but to my surprise she said ok can I meet you there?...

For 2 seconds I was shocked and asked her to come. trust me I know what I was doing. While at shoprite I dodged her calls and called her when I was on my way home.

I thought she has given up but she said she will wait for me at one junction. Again i agreed but on getting there I met her at one boutique. She said want to pick up some clothes from there. I said to myself can you imagine this girl. I told her to go on and select while I wait outside. After awhile I told her am going and I entered my car and zoom off.

Did I do anything wrong as some people said I was wicked.
You did us proud
