discusant:Interesting, so your solution to a problem is running away. While i agree that Buhari has exhibited some tribalistic traits, i totally disagree that "they" will preside over us for eternity ". They can only preside over us, if your section of the country continues to chicken out, deciding to break out when faced with any challenge. As Democrats, we fight, we insists on inec to optimise the card readers and we come out on masse to vote. Vote him out and vote in a more united leader. Thats the solution. If, peradventure you succeed with breaking out, what if in future a subsection of your tribe get tribalistic and marginalises the majority, will you break out again?? Breaking out is just running away, leaving to fight another day. |
Hmmm. Tax this, tax that How about our finance or labor minister proposing a salary increase?, And don't give me that absurd excuse of "no money, we're in a recession". If y'all were smart the funds budgeted for public school feeding (another absurd incentive) would have be use for this. How can an administration claim to put citizens first, yet after: 1) increase in pump price (which automatically translates to an increase in all other related items - food, transport, etc) 2) increase in old or imposition of new bank charges 2) drop in naira value, etc They still haven't proposed a salary increase?? Its been like 6 fing months. Where the f.uck are the so called palliatives ![]() |
Nigerian mentality. Yes "charms", that should be your major concern.. Tsk tsk. |
Neither, disappointed with both, though more disappointed with apc. Where is Kowa, the opposition that wakes up only during election. |
And the search continues. Is Efcc under this administration becoming what we feared under Farida, a silencer of the opposition. Anywho, i hope not, in a proper system corruption in any form shouldn't be tolerated and just like the sign of justice, it should be blind. Able to "search for" party and non party members. |
Politics.... And the battle or rather war for 2019 begins... |
All tribes in Nigeria have a touch of all - the smart, the not so smart, the bold, the shy, the naive, the cunny, and so goes the list. Lets stop criticising any particular tribe, its getting stale and i must say, childish. I wonder the goal of this thread. |
From all political indications APC Akeredolu.. Personally not happy about this, but that's politics, all na interest. |
Hopefully our brothers in the east will be objective. |
We really need to work on this... The federal school I attended had no functioning restrooms. It was a terrible situation, and surprisingly most Nigerians have become accustomed to this. We need a vibrant minister of Education, I see no reason why all unity school can't have functioning restrooms, the very basics... |
It's clear that APC is no longer united, I expected it to happen albeit not this soon. The only common interest that founded the party was the removal of Jonathan, or rather the quest for power, with that achieved there's no common ideology, no leader, no follower. History is repeating itself, same thing happened when we gained independence, the elites fought united for power, after independence it became an internal struggle, who will hold the mantle? When will our leaders learn from history. Atiku should do and open his party, I might be interested. |
remedick:lol, guess we can't blame them also; its all in a bid to feel cool and among. For some strange reason, in our society today being a male virgin is shameful, why? i can never really understand. Guess the media and movie industry, you mentioned, have portrayed the notion that, "virginity is lack of opportunity and not a virtue", so frequently that its now the norm. |
remedick:I believe everyone enjoys sex (if done right), but we talk about it too damn much. That's why I said its overrated. They way people talk about it, you'll think it's the most important activity in life. |
Interesting |
Sex is overrated... |
Both are contesting for 2019. It's been clear for a while that El rufai is interested in the number 1 position, Atiku's interest is no News. I don't see Buhari letting go of power that easily, after struggling 4 times, it's unlikely he will serve one term. If in the unlikely event he does, he would like someone like El Rufai. Personally, I have nothing against the mallam, I just dislike his eye service with Buhari,a true friend should correct and not encourage bad behavior, He has failed in this regard. Atiku on the other hand is gradually winning our interest, with his support for regionalism and a form of decentralization. We will see how it goes sha. |
A man of integrity, not like ... |
No man is in a position to give you an answer, we are flesh and cannot judge or decide who will go to heaven or hell based on action or inaction. At the end of the day God judges your heart, if you feel it's your duty to pay tax, then pay it. From your write up you are genuinely bothered, so not paying feels wrong. . I am all for abiding by the laws of the land, to the extent of our ability, because as humans we fall short. So just follow your heart and don't rely on advice from other sinners like you. |
Demigods666:This is really uncalled for. Rather than criticizing why not present your "better" alternative. Clients all have preferences in terms of design, so once the client is pleased the designer is pleased. Get a life and means of living rather than being quick to criticise. |
martineverest:You are advising someone not to say what they don't know, please kindly take your advice. The new or rather acting prime minister in Britain is happy with Trumps victory, they have been long time friends and even before Cameron's resignation he already pledged support for Trump. So you are WRONG Britain is happy with this victory. . It's 'the European countries like Germany & France that openly showed preference for Hillary. |
Wow, my guy.. I am so happy. Let's make America great again. His campaign manager - Kelly Conway, did a great job, former NY Major - Rudy Giuliani, Newt Gingrich, mehn they all tried. Great job. |
Trump is leading... Go trump. |
dasparrow:So on point. I couldn't have said it better. These guys need to look for their level, you cannot be earning N60K and want to marry a fresh girl that uses that amount to maintain her look monthly. We have alot of modest and easy to maintain girls, go for them. Look for your level. |
rubbish.. It all depends on your standard of living, if you have been accustomed to something higher, then N200K will not be sufficient. You would like your kids to go to a school either equal to or better than you did. You would like to live in a house at atleast equal to or better than you did when you were a child. There are so many factors, and so people should not just think N200K is the end of the world. Its a big amount to some people, its all relative to the lifestyle you were brought up with. Will you expect DJ Cuppy who is used to living large to settle for that, definitely not. So please stop all this poverty mentality. ![]() |
ValerianSteel:O please, I'm a lady and tired of this gender shit. It takes more than being a woman to be president. |
Give it up for the next President of the United States . . . . . DONALD J TRUMP... |
HAH:Thanks. Ppreeciate it. |
chubbygal:Sorry what area is Efab estate?, is it by stadium side? |
Love her fashion sense. Wouldn't mind patronising her boutiques if she also gives fashion advice there. |
Eniola looking sexy. No matter your shape, size or color, with the right outfit you will look fly.. Looking good girl. Like she lost ssome weight too. . |
Damn. He shouldn't have shown he was dodging the question, that's when journalists push in. Also it's a discussion about budget you ought to know at least a range of our debt, you might not know the exact figure,.nobody expects that, but give a starting range. |
Companionship, now that can include affection, lead to love , etc. Nobody wants to be alone, it is downright boring. |
