Since you did the research, tell me the source of your research so I'll go check it out as well. No one doubts the father is responsible, but saying "the couple is pregnant" sounds absurd. Only the wife carries the pregnancy. It should rather be, "the couple is expecting". If you think otherwise, show the source of your research.
