The tanks can be a little at par with the floor.

What should one know about the type of toilet paper the biodigester tolerates?

Are there only certain cleaning products that are recommended for cleaning toilets when using the biodigester? Which cleaning products or types of cleaning products are to be avoided?

Also, how many kilograms of enzymes do you place when you build a new biodigester system for a one bedroom mini-flat and how long would the enzymes last?

How would you construct the biodigester system so that the resultant odorless water can be recycled to flush the toilet again and again? And is this set-up already included in your price?

When it comes to my columns, I don't compromise on that mix ratio thing ooo. As a matter of fact, I discovered most Artisans and some builders waste a lot of reinforcement on slabs. And under reinforce columns. I did a job some time a ago and used a spacing of 200mm and the Iron fitter complained to me that my reinforcement is too wide! I decided to burst his brain, I used 10mm to reinforce the smaller room, the bathrooms and the kitchen as their span was small. The man almost faint. To them standard slab reinforcement is 12@150mm spacing. The same man complained that my column spacing is too close, it was 175mm. This just shows that using a quack never saves cost. It only results in average waste of material in unneeded areas

It just that most clients will tell you haaaaa you are wasting material no no no I don’t have much money like that, like that, meanwhile you given best approach to his or her building.

More so Nigeria 12mm iron rod is not up to the said size again it’s either 11 or 10plus in size, so if the structural details says 10mm the best field practice is to use 12mm for slab noting less.

Also most Nigeria building might be later convert to another design which will require more load on the said slab.

This is a complete estimate, it will be difficult to get almost accurate cost without drawing and the true nature of the land, also to get someone to do free estimates for this project will be difficult a little,

I saw the picture of the building prior to its Collapse and the columns are nothing to write home about.

This is why we should take the pain to get a structural design before embarking on a building project that is more than a floor even though any type of building needs a structural analysis...

To me I can see that the columns interval is good with size 450*250mm with proper reinforcement,(although I don’t know the size of the reinforcement used coupled with concrete mix ratio )
And I believed that such structure can’t be approved without full drawing , architectural drawing, structural drawing, M&S.

So I believed that they rush the construction from 1st floor to 8th floor within A MONTH (very terrible) and it’s not precast slab o, cast -in-Situ concrete.No time for standard curing of the slab and the the columns before placing another floor on it. Who does that.
According to what I read from the original thread.

To me they need to arrest the firm that handle the project, which I believed the governor must have done that by now.

Although video and pics posted can’t say it all, let’s wait and see what they will come out with after there investigation.

While releasing the gas and there is a fire close by won't there be any problems. Like explosion.

No bcs it’s not like LPG Gas , more so before doing that we just need to keep away fire some distance( just to have more safety measure)

No client will want below average work.
Both the seat and tank is not well installed.
Also the shower pole starting point where the tee tap was connected to the pole is too high.

Try to let’s the plumber know that the work is below average, he should pay more attention to details so that he can gain more clients
