Nice one Rotecch77! I'm glad you realised you weren't doing the right thing by "throwing" random statements. I always laugh when a particular set of my female colleagues indulge in that anytime they have misunderstanding with somebody.

At times bad people think they can bring you down with false accusations and if you don’t talk some people will believed it pure truth which is not ..so at times you need to say one or two words and stop bcs of your integrity.

See In this construction work most especially we builders/ engr we see a lot before we can complete a project
Range from bad artisans, inflation, evil people etc but only few people know this.
Reason why I laughed at times when I see only single trade man like plumber, bricklayer, electrician forming am the best just bcs they handle ONLY one aspect of the building project.

A lot do happens behind the scene o my brother May God help us all.

There’s industrial plastering machine I planned to buy since last year. Very efficient
It will plaster wall 100pec accurate and the coverage area is 40m2 in JUST 10min
That is 1 room size.
It required only 1 operator and 1 Labour.
But Nigeria currency fuckup the deal.
The company still called me this morning to remind me again.
You can’t believe it’s only available in 2 African country. Not available in Nigeria presently

The head room here is 9ft after tiling and pop ceiling which is standard.

I do pay the guy $1 per meter
I have other set of TILER’s who usually collected 50 cent per meter

But one thing about his work is that NO MATTER how you perfect your toilet / kitchen wall plaster he will not be ok with it he will plaster it again to his own supper accurate gauge to give precision finishing BUT still same price, he doesn’t charge for this plastering separate.
So the best thing is NOT to plaster your wall if you are engaging him for tiling work.

I have many sets of TILER’s ..Actually this very guy is very good he is my best tiler BUT he do charge premium for who can afford it.

Arrival of tiles for this our project .
The Spanish tiles ( step tiles ) here cost 25,000 per meter with grooves.

Other are solid Royal vitrified / Goodwill tiles
