This discussion has stucked with me, now that I am at this stage I am thinking of implementing the same, I intended making provision for a built-in gas cooker but I am sceptical knowing Nigerians maintenance and usage attitude towards others property. So I may just provide a concrete kitchen cabinet with sanitary sink and cooking table for the tenant to bring their personal gas cooker.

Best decision for low paying house rent area
