Hello Experts in the house, Please i need your inputs and suggestions. We currently have an on going family project in the Oko-afo axis of BADAGRY. We've just finished moulding BRICKS for fence and to start the building proper, however there is a slight issue here as the Land-owners "OMONILE" are requesting for an INSANE fee of 300k , 150 for fence and 150 for Building foundation. I find this very absurd and wicked on their PART, and if its left to me, i won't cough out that outrageous sum of money. Please i need your advice and suggestions on how to tackle this issue, it's very important to me. Thanks and GOD bless.

Just take things easy with them, I know this area very well, that is why the place is not developing fast as it should be, even the so called BALE there do go around at time to ask OWO MI DAA. If you negotiate very well with them they can take 200k for both fence and foundation.

My parlour measures 20x18, sit-out - 12x220, dining 10x8 and kitchen 10x8. How much should I budget for tiles. Nigerian tiles in mind

There are about 3 grades of Nigerian floor tiles.you can prepare something in region of 120k to cover the cost of tiles only

This is not too good, the odour will definitely find way back to the house through floor drain or through basin/sink. There should be a kind of demarcation if at one chamber is to used for soil and waste pipe.

Good point from you that is why it's good to engage professional for building and any others job.( you cant loose or go wrong if you engage professional or ask for advise from them before you do anything that requires there imputs)

Actually there are 2 ways to do this
1.double stack system
2. Single stack system.

Single stack system is what the guy is trying to do their but it requires professional handling with some" P" strap materials to be used for some of the bathroom appliances to trap the backflow of odour.
