can you post what this CESSPOOL septic tank system look like, for some of us that don't know what its was thanks

We have 3 major types of sewage disposal.
1.Dilution ( treatment plant)
2.compactment.
3.Concervancy (Cesspole.

Cesspole. Its a single system where both effluency and waste water from bath ,kitchen are combine together into one septic tank. ..later dislurdge when filled up.

You will see that there is no SUCK AWAY PIT.in this system because the land is porous it can't accommodate water.
That is why the system is good for such area.( water lodge area)
More so there is a way and some fittings to use with the bathroom appliance to protect backflow of odour.

The first photo is the original achitechtural design of the building. The building is a dedicated block of six flats. So the total cost is for two soakaway system; one at back of the building, one at the front.

The second photo is an improved modification of the original achitechtural design. So it is a three Chambers system.

The third photo is the total cost for the two soakaway. So just over 300k for one.

Look carefully at the final outcome, you would notice that the soakaway was beamed with columns. This added to final cost.

Good of you bro, I did same about a year ago ,the cost is about 250k, at time location determine the cost.
But if its water lodge area I will advise the OP to go for CESSPOOL septic tank system

Chekii.. re read the OP message very well, digging, blinding all INCLUSIVE, no separation.
Only that 2 sides of the land has been done before.

NO, each stages cost is separate but all must be together as a quote since the OP is talking about fence here and no separation of the work from the OP. He only mentioned that 2 sides of the land has been done before. So Diging, blinding all is together for that 150k the builder asked for.

I don't know what happened to our peoples, they are doing 8k for 200 pics of block, that one is ,82,000 how much is digingand blinding, for me 150k is too much self,

If you check very well 150k is not too much (140-150 is a fair price)
If you go by counting N50 *2000=100,000
Nature of the ground determines digging let say 25k
Blinding 6 labourx3000=18k
Builder suppervion ?
Total without builder charges 138k

How much did this cost and wil it serve the kind of build I stated above,just confirmed from my site engineer now,it will be a 32 feet stanchion to carry 2 number of 2000 liters each of tank

We constructured same here after ajah area, but the capacity of the tank will determine the size of H beam and others material to be used.
But the height here is about 30ft

What about Polyurethane foam spray. Thats what we used to install architraves in one house at Abj.

The polyu..is just for the installation to hold the wood together and seal any hole or opeing space on the frame as you used it

Its compulsory to do subframe,more so we are waiting for your call about the finishing suc as tiles,plumbing as we discussed last time
