please i need some advice i'm building a bungalow and the house has paratec i'm having problem with my engineer because i'm telling him that the lintel suppose to be 1block before the paratec but he say that is 2blocks,so please can i go with 2blocks or 1block ?

I believed your engr is a professional, he Knows more than you in that field that is why you gave him the job to do so allow him to do his job, ....he is right with what he said some even go for 3 courses of block.

I can authoritatively confirm that it gets delivered to my site in sangotedo at that rate with no foul play at all

Oga check what they delivered to you again it's either 20tones or 25tonnes none of those supplier in that axis can delivered 30 tonnes to your site at that rate .if you want to get what am saying go the where those chinko dredgers are based, ask them you will see it.

Pls what's d advantages and disadvantages of a roof top water tank.
I intend to place Gp tank untop of kitchen deck due to space constraints.

I believed this same question was raised sometimes ago, check some pages back.

Just make sure the Pillers holding the kitchen top is designed strong enough to hold the water tank to avoid stories .

However,you will be needing tiles,wc and sanitary wares soon.Pls when you do forget me not cus that's my own hustle .
