Do i still need to treat it... The seller is saying no need for treatment..

To be in saver side it’s better to apply solignum to it
The original one approved by Nigerian BUILDERS
It’s written on it, the logo is also there on the container.
This will safe you in any roof defect like
-dry rot
-nail propping
Etc

Yes boss, they call it thick wood.

It’s a strong hard wood
It’s highly resistance to weather conditions and has good strength

It’s very good for roofing and furniture work

boss the second picture shows the deck is quite big 150 seems to me a low price, on contract it should be more than 150k just saying though

If there's a possibility of bringing the caster from Lagos. I think you should go for it.
In order to reduce cost.

I’m tired, if it’s only one man show that will be the best option
My others workers are from Lagos although I have some good Benin guys also

Concrete caster are not smiling here in Benin
The cheapest caster charged me 350k to cast this slab.( 2 units of 2bdrm and one unit of 3bdr) all together, another caster said 400k they claimed I have too much beams in my slab ( lolz)
The previous 2bedrooms slab (1 unit) he casted before was 120k ( high price also,compare to Lagos)

When I casted same in Lagos for150k

Slab caster are not smiling here in Benin oooo
The lowest caster to cast this slab demanded for 350 k
