But it’s like it’s been fixed now.
Yes I partnered someone on this system of biodigester and biogas and we have done such for about 5 member here ( biodigester)
The persons I partnered with has done more than 200 of this including biogas in many state in Nigeria.

I will just advise that if you want to do block type make sure you filled up the block holes with concrete ( mainly on dry land)
If it’s real water lodge area go for ready made concrete slab for such.
With this you are safe

The drawing looks ok,
No perfect drawing anywhere.
I will only suggest that you can inter change the dressing room to toilet, so that the plumbing piping system will be simple and lesser in cost because of the distance to the second room toilet.

It’s not a good practice to install railings before plastering.
If you installed railing you will not be able to plaster/ perfect any shape/ angle on such area.
Same applicable to window burglar bars

Tyrolean is been in existence for long.
-It’s durable as plastered surface
-Moderate cost
-Doesn’t need maintenance as such

But small window is btw 1500-200 big widow btw 3000-4000
