Ayetoro is not in lagos state and is different from Ayobo. If you get a full plot of land for less than 3m in Ayobo it's very likely to be a scam.

Be very careful with your money. The severely problematic road joining Ayobo lagos and Ayetoro ogunstate is almost completed on the lagos end. Ayetoro omonile are one of the worst around. They do not sleep and have a rota on their roads.

if you get a plot for less than 1m its more likely to be in lafenwa which is after ayetoro. Do not let anyone sell end of a sloppy land to you as flood becomes your friend and you will spend a major part of your money on foundation. A cheap land might not be cheap afterall
