Most people haven't visited most of these states but are quick to comment!! The only state I haven't visited or lived, on this list is Akwa Ibom.

How will someone say the South South is more developed than the South West.

I have been to some states in the North, been to the South South excluding Alwa Ibom & Cross River, been to almost every State in the South East and Every State in the South West.

Abegi make we no lie to ourselves & make person no lie give us, West is Better when you talk in terms of region as a whole.

The Nigerian Airforce bleeped-up as they always do, but that's not the best our soldiers can do. I have watched all the videos and I'm telling you from experience that they could have done much better with the available resources.

If American soldiers find themselves in the exact situation, would they have had 70 casualties? No, partly because they understand the risk of not fighting the enemy.

Nigeria Air Force is a problem in our fight against Bokoharam as they don't usually show up and when they do is either they quickly run out of ammo or turn up after Bokoharam have overran our Military positions.

A commanding officer should know when his men should hold their ground or retreat when overwhelmed by the enemy but in most cases they flee due to breakdown of their main weapons.

Where were the reinforcement at their hour of need?

The United States Army and marines always call for air support whenever they see or notice that a larger force is attacking them or they feel that they will be overwhelmed.

I know a lot about the Military as i have close relatives who were at one point or the other in the Nigerian Military; Some fought in the Nigeria Civil war and survived it, several went to Liberia and Serria Leone at the heat of the conflict, likewise friends and they all survived but some died later in active service through road accidents while some retired as officers ( red necks).

I likewise have friends who fought in Liberia and also cousins and friend in the United States military. I worked with a 3 star general for over 7years and also a major.

Our soldiers are very good at what they are trained for but their welfare should be well taken care of, likewise the proper weapons should be provided for each soldier/ unit.

Let me say that the Military command should not be seen as a religious or tribal thing; they should let the best and most calpable hands take over the mantle of leadership and take the fight to Bokoharam rather than wait for Bokoharam to bring it to them.

Inconclusion, the air force have an active role to play because a well equipped Army without Air support is almost like a sitting duck waiting for the hunter to take a shot at her.

The greatest mistake Saraki made was going all over the place saying he have the formula to defeat Tinubu and that his party PDP should not worry as he will give it to them.

You're going to a strong man's territory to insult him when he didn't come to yours! His definitely going to take the fight to you in ways you have never imagined.

That's what Saraki got in Kwara. What about his Transport union guys making noise on the video about Tinubu and MC Oluomo? They couldn't deliver when the need arise. grin

Bokoharam consist of different small groups, people of different tribes, different countries, different races and different ideology; They simply came together under one major ideology.

Did Bokoharam go away or get desiminated after they sworn allegiance to isisl? They are getting stronger and bolder by the day.

Let me ask you these questions of which I expect an honest answer from you.

1. Do Bokoharam have bases outside Nigeria borders?
2. Have Bokoharam ever carried out attacks outside Nigeria?
3.Is there a multinational force fighting Bokoharam?
4.Did Bokoharam swear allegiance to isisl?
5.Is Bokoharam attack restricted or confined to Nigeria?
6.why compare them to Nigeria delta militant groups that didn't take their fight or attack outside the territory of Nigeria?
7.Why is it that the Multinational forces have not been able to defeat Bokoharam and Cameroon with all their military equipment and huge budgets compared to What Bokoharam have?
8. Why do cameroon seek for France military support against Bokoharam?
9.Are you saying that only Kanuris make up Bokoharam Since they're indigenous to that part of the country?
10.Do you know that several Arab fighters fighting alongside Bokoharam have been killed by the Nigerian Military and was majorly kept as secret under former administration?

I will appreciate honest answers to my questions.

Yes we need to do more to euipped our military but I dont agree with you that the Boko HARAM TERRORISTS are more armed than our Army. Those boko haram fighters are a poorly trained rag tag militants with some of their fighters as young as 12- 18 yrs old. The only advantage they had was they had a higher morale and were fighting with nothing to lose like a suicide fighter. The major problem is the army moral is very low and their motivation to fight is low and they dont seems to have a clear defensive strategy when under attacked. I watched the latest attack video on the military base and the terrorist were not more than 50 in number yet they were able to ransack a military base with many soldiers.

You call them rag tag as they called ISIS, Alshabab of Somali rag tag and the way Syria rebellion stated with rag tag groups.

What about Liberia NPFL and Serria Leone rebels?

They all start as a rag tap group with some of them well trained and snowball into 70 to 90% of them well trained.

Bokoharam is no longer a rag tag terrorist group; how do you label a group that is now a multinational terrorist group which have been at war with the Nigeria Military for 5years or more a rag tag group?

Have you seen the video of them driving and doing stunts with captured APCs and tanks? It takes training to do that.

These guys get free weapons from within the Military, Nigeria and from across the border and it not about the number of weapons you have or your budget but the quality of the weapons and men being deployed by 2 opposing groups.

The group that deploys the right weapons and men with the right morale and training to the right terrain wins over 90% of the engagement and not tanks, missile, heavy field guns and men with low morale in the wrong place.

Please note that the fight against Bokoharam is taken place on an area that is full of red sand and sand is responsible for jaming loaders on tanks and other guns if it gets into it.

Furthermore, sand also make engines breakdown if it gets into it; Bokoharam majorly make use of AA guns mounted on pickup truck, they also use tanks, APCs, RPGs, mortals and artillery captured and the ones they got on their own.

Finally, Bokoharam have retired and serving military, police, customs, civil defence, immigration,politicians, civilian Jtf and even civilians among them and they get external government and non government support.
Have you heard that helicopters drops supplies to Bokoharam fighters? Do you still think the Military is up against a rag tag terrorist organisation which attack Chad, Niger and Cameroon whenever they like and none have been able to effectively defeat or destroy them.

Bokoharam have grown from a rag tag terrorist group to something more deadly than ever before. They are trained; Some of their videos show their training.

DICON is the most corrupt military institution in the world. Receives billions but produces nothing. The guns produced by DICON cannot be used. It's worse than civil defense rifles. And if you must use DICON guns, you have to employ the services of two mighty/heavily annointed men of God to be in prayers 3-hours ahead of you firing at least one shot and they have to remain in the prayers if you must keep firing additional shots, otherwise it won't fire at all.
We must not allow our military to be so messed up.

Nice one but do note that the issue of miss fire ,firing back, sudden going into full auto mode after firing 2 or more shots at single mode, the the rise in temperature of DICON manufactured weapons have long been addressed and fixed several Years ago. They brought in old biafran engineers, isrealis and Russians who they worked with to resolve the problem.

The problem was with the SMG( Obsolete)gun they manufacture not the AK series, RPGs,mortals and ammunitions they manufacture.

DICON manufacturing of weapons is being under cut by those who favour outright purchase as they benefit from it at DICON and the countries expense.

DICON have the engineers and the technology to manufacture quality and standard weapons but they are not allowed by those who profit from international purchases.

Bokoharam put lots of AA guns ( Anti aircraft guns) into battle against The military and it fires armour piecing ammunitions; this gun range is 2,000 meters and above and our Military are majorly armed with GPMG ( general purpose machine guns) which firing range is 800mtrs while the heavier guns apart from tanks and artillery range is 1,200mtrs!!!!!

Bokoharam is out of their firing range except from the artillery range but the Nigerian Military is within Bokoharam firing range!!!!!

Bokoharam would have done more damage to the Nigerian Military before they come into the range of what is left of the Military defences and attacking ability.

Nigeria Air force that ought to cover the Land troops don't show up and when they do the damage have been done already.

The Federal government just have to punish those culpable and provide the Military with quality and advanced modern weapons, technology and body armour.

Inaddition, they have to equip our Military with the best that they need; They should also look into their welfare and the government should also replace the leadership of Army and Air force, intelligence services, procurement and the defence minister.

Furthermore, they should make sure the front line is reinforced with thousands of heavily armed troops who will coordinate well with each other being Army,Air Force,intelligence services, civilian jtf etc.

The military procurement dept should be overhauled and calpable hands brought in to always do the needful.

Not to forget; What is DICON doing? Why is DICON(Nigeria Defence Industry) not pushing out guns,ammunitions,RPGs and mortals our for military use in the fight against Bokoharam? They should compliment the international arm purchase!!!!!! DICON manufacture all these!!!

Inconclusion, the Federal government and calpable Military top brass should ensure a prolonged and all out attack against Bokoharam, it sponsors and supporters after proper planning, tranning and stop given Bokoharam breathing space to always be on the offensive; this will stop our Military men and women who are on the front line from always being in the defensive and counter attacking positions to being at an advantage position against Bokoharam, it sponsors and supporters.
