Since the issues you had are not engine and gear issues, then stick to the v8. Have you experienced where the ml will seize and will be dragging while you are moving? It is common on v6 when the abs is faulty. Power steering is also selective, And the rack is the same price. If you want the ml to be in top shape, take it to lawrence or bring it to lagos and get a renewal

exactly what the ml is doing ... u will b driving then all of a sudden it will just sieze... luckily it has not resulted in an accident.. will definitely see lawrence.... thanks boss...

a big picture of what you just did is like celebrating ur birthday in a funeral parlor/ cementry in d presence of a corpse and its family... people are sad and mourning the death of a friend... u decided to shove ur birth anniversary in their face... HOW POOR MINDED CAN ONE BE..

When the abs is faulty, the esp will follow and the abs sensor is not more than 30k for the 4 tyres, new sensors. The ml is very particular about power steering fluid and you must have used abro or seahorse fluids to warrant those issues. If you patronise mecs like the one you had, they will not be able to fix the v6 version, they will later advise you that A class is the best because it is 4 cylinder. To enjoy any mercedes, obey the rules. The high end engineering involved in putting the car together does not allow substandard products and mecs to touch it. If you really grooved that ml500, you will never contemplate stooping low to a v6,

those sensors cost us over 50k to buy for the four legs... yet its still malfunctioning... and i use required steering oil by mobil as well as mobil 1 for engine servicing... we many atimes import leventis mechanics from lagos to come fix the car up in benin... as for the steering rack its replacement has been put at 145k..... so dats d reason we are considering buying the v6 if its less problematic.... and yes she was a blast when she was new... but benin roads and flood messed the baby up that she is refusing part.

a friend of mine business was not spared ... the state ministry of environment approached his office with a must have and must do list (about 12 items) they went round his office and found that he had all they wanted even those that was purely laughable talking about the ceiling in the office.. apron for staff... and staff health file.. unfortunately for them he had all.. they still requested him to pay 30000naira to have d certification dat his business premises was up to standard.. he put forth the arguement that he indeed meet the standard so why does he have to pay... they insisted he pays. they handed him a notice of payment form... an over photocopied stamped document with blank address... they then filled his business name in... noticing the fradulent looking paper he ignored the notice only for him to be sealed by the ministry and charged to court... a court sitting so far away from benin... so as to punish them... after the court proces he was asked to pay more even though his lawyer presented evidence his office is up to standard. he thought of appealing but his lawyer advised him to pay and move on ...for as long as the appeal goes on the business will remain shutdown....

we had power steering issues.. abs sensor problem.. electronic stability failure and many other sensor issues...
a mechanic said the v6 is less expensive to maintain and comes with less sensors and electronics dan the ml500

how is d fuel consumption
what type of engine does it carry? v6, 8,12.....32 or?
what of the ac is it still pumping..
does it have airbags? one cannot be too safe these days
hope it does not have chasis problem ??
hope it has complete papers and efcc clearance i dont want to buy their evidence oo

we have had a not so good experience with the ml500... but dat doesnt change my love for mercedez..
none the less we are considering getting a less powerful ml - the v6 engine..
i need to find out from benz users which year of ml320 or ml350 (not exceeding model produced in 2005) is less problematic...
i would greatly appreciate your inputs

these policemen are paid a paltry N10000 per month and made to secure the wife also.
with the current position of the Nigerian security, where one policeman is attached to three hundred Nigerian citizens, is this Buhari government really bent on the protection of the lives of 'ordinary' Nigerians like it says it does?
the wife of the fmr. PDP BOT Chairman is a judge of the Nigerian High Court, level 12 and has 2 policemen on her detail and the man also attached 6 policemen running different shifts to her, isn't this kind of security system a waste of the common man's taxes Imagine the numbers of guns that are sent to protect just one family, while over 4000 families are left to their own fate!

As a former Area Commander of Police, Tony Anenih constitutionally has the rights to NOT more than 2 policemen to keep his watch, but here is a system whereby people can now withdraw policemen who are duty-bound to protect the lives and properties of over 4000 taxpayers just to protect one family; what is left to protect the common man Are we not left to our fate or 'FAITHs'?

What exactly are the IG, DIGs and the AIGs doing? Is this how the country will be run?

As a Nigerian, Let us all stand up against this kind of aristocratic system and demand equality within the government.

No man deserves to deprive another of security talk more of 4000 persons!!!
