I do have cramps more frequently, and for not setting in a balance position especially in commercial bus we all know how they load people inside. and during sex exercise or even from walking as I might decide to look backwards an get a stiffness and cramps on my neck. or might just raise my hand up to get something from up and a stiffness and cramps occur on my hand. its very painful and scaring.


the problem is why do i get it very often is the reason I'm worried. also I get numbness in my hands often when sleeping. this happen when I sleep on top my hand like using my hand to do pillow for my head or using my hand to assist my pillow. or from even folding my heads when sleeping.


it could all be sign of low blood circulation or low blood.

help I would rule out dehydration because I drink a lot of water frequently.

I don't even know how to explain this, but I will try as much as possible to make myself clear.

Last month, I got an infection from a toilet ( it was my brother who had the infection and was treating it at that time). I knew this because immidiately after using the toilet, my scrota began itching. About two weeks after, I notice some rashes on my right arms, then I was sure I must have contracted from my brother it through the toilet, since we use the same toilet.

So, without meeting any doctor, I started using the anti biotic and anti fungal drugs he used to cure his for about 10days. Within one week of using the drugs, the rashes on my arms disappeared. So, I completed the dosage on a Saturday and attended a social gathering the following day. I took some alcohol, but not much.

About two days after, I noticed another kind of rash on my back, very painful rashes. Along with it was some peppering or burning sensation from the right side of my back to the right part of my chest. Sometimes, the pain becomes stinging as if I've been stung by a soldier ant.

I did not do anything because I felt it must have been side effects of the antibiotics I used. About two or three days later, which was last Friday, I started feeling feverish along with a bout of headache. So, I consulted a doctor and he prescribed an anti malarial drugs with multi vitamins. I completed the drugs in three days and the headache with the feverish feeling disappeared.

However, the painful rashes along with the painful, burning sensation on the right side of my lower chest are still there. So, I went back to the hospital yesterday and met another doctor. He examined the rashes and listen to my complaint, then prescribed a mineral supplement, which I have started using.

Now, I have not seen any changes yet. Now I have noticed another pain at upper thigh ( groin pain). The pain was actually mild, but now it is more pronounced and affects how I walk.

I think I have said enough. Kindly help me with your advice as I am not enjoying a good health anymore.

Around October 2018, I began to notice I was having frequent cases of indigestion and difficulty swallowing. I began to watch what I eat and stay upright until 2 hours after food.

In November 2018, the pain became real bad, and I was small tints of red in my stool, so I went to local government health center, and they asked me to test for H.pilori and stool occult blood. Both came out positive, and they told me I have ulcer.

They gave me amoxyl, omeprazole, and antacid. The blood stopped and pain stopped during the period I was taking the drug, but 1 week after it started again. I went back to the doctor, and they gave me metronidazole and another impressive.

I stopped eating spicy food, drinking milk, and taking orange. I began to eat other fruits, like apples, eat non-spicy food, and eat early before bed.

Now the pain has started again, but it is at the lower right side of my abdomen. I also notice that my testicles hurt as well, and there is now blood in my stool.

Sorry for the epistle. Are there any doctors in the house to advice me on what to do? Thank you, and God bless as you reply.

I am not really good with writing but will try my best to make my message clear.

It started in 2015 Oct, after eating beans n plantain I personally cooked, I woke up the next morning feeling very weak and having unsettled belle pain. I told my pharmacist friend n he said I shd deworm mysef that it might be worm. Luckily I bought worm medication n took n it stopped. Few day's later I started noticing that if I want to urinate before the urine comes out,i will feel a little pain and started noticing some burning sensation in my private part n stomach. Then I went to hospital and they ran test n said I have moderate growth of E coli and placed me on antibiotics injection for 5days .During the course of d treatment and after d treatment. It didn't stop it subsidize. I now ran another test a month later n it said no growth after 48hrs.the burning sensation in the stomach usually increase when I take sugary tins or fried groundnut. Then I went herbal, complained n they gave me drugs.. Still same thing during and after the course of treatment. And anytime I run a test. No infection will be seen,i tried different labs.fast forward to August 2017.i was sleeping one night and had a very sharp Strong pain at the right side of my flank area that developed a small boil immediately which woke me up and I couldn't sleep again n it disappeared after some mins.i rushed to the hospital very early in the morning n complained. They ran test on me which I deposited my urine and blood,after the result came out.i only had typhoid n malaria and no infection but the burning sensation, pain while urine wants to come out is still there. They gave me few medicines that I took. Luckily the Flank pain stopped after few days but never went away completely. Then I decided to go for complete check up in another hospital. I did many lab test, ultrasound n X-ray and everything still turned out fine.
Fast-forward to January I started having pains in different parts of my body, even my chest n back n stomach, with burning sensation. Internal heat n internal coldness in my leg. Weakness and some symptoms I can't even explain. I went to another hospital, the doctor recommended a very strong antibiotics for me to take in case is uti. The more I was taking them the more the symptoms increased, he advised I continue for a period of 7days .i felt worst after completing it and we ran another test. No growth after 48hrs., But all the symptoms I mentioned above are still there. I went for another ultrasound n X-ray n blood tests. Everything appeared normal. Now I feel very terrible and it's affecting me daily. I feel pains n weak daily and urinate often, I now have headache n pains in the head n right eyes and sometimes feel something is moving in my body sometimes.

My major challenge Now is that I have not really seen what's wrong with me or a drug that will give me relief.

I feel so terrible and don't know what else to do and have spent alot in all this things.

Doctors in the house, is there a possibility of someone having infection in his body and it won't be detected after urine,semen,n faeces culture or is there any test that will be recommended for me to undergo ?
