Do Onitsha accept and defend Bini? No. Do Onitsha go down for Oba gbola? No. Do Onitsha identify as Igbos? Very well.

Does Obi of Ika go to take Oba gbola? Yes.
Does Obi of Ika defend Oba gbola? Yes.
Does Obi of Ika identify as Oba slave? Yes.
So, the Obi of Onitsha and his subjects are disloyal to their master, the Oba of bini?

Igbo slaves who according to Reno are found in Delta today and bear Iken and Oba, with a language that is perceptible to Igbos and Edo alike.

Do you know I just found out the Obi of Agbor is a slave. He bears Iken: Benjamin Keagborekuzi (Iken)chukwu. Hewuuuuuu. A whole Obi na slave. No wonder he goes to Benin to take Oba gbola.

What are you on about?
We are free men who has refused Fulani slavery in Nigeria.

You and your ilks on the other hand are slaves who see your chains as jewelleries.
You don't even know you are slaves and hence you can't even be helped.

No one expect slaves to fight for freedom. If they are capable of fighting for freedom, they wouldn't be slaves to start with, they will be rebels!
Nigeria has three class of citizens. The slaves who are comfortable with Nigeria and don't even recognize their slavery status. The rebels who have been waging rebellion since like forever for freedom. And the rulers who promote one Nigeria by shooting the rebels.

The joke is on a slave who considers himself better of than rebels. grin
If I understand you properly, the one fighting for freedom is the slave that doesn't want to remain a slave, right?

Since you are the one fighting for freedom, you are the slaves!
We are free. We live in our land freely. We are not holding any tribe - far away or near - responsible for our state.
When we fight, we fight for our rights for our fair share as sons and not crying to others for help for freedom

Funny how the 'slaves' are in charge but the defenders are crying every where to everyone - UN, ICC, IJC, US, UK - for freedom from marginalisation.
The defenders are the ones running to the slaves for support to increase their chances at freedom. And because the slaves have refused to join their delusional dream for freedom, the defenders have resorted to blackmail.

BTW, since your messiah has been captured, you can go back and beg Asari for help grin

You said Osu meant slave. Which obviously betrayed your ignorance as Osu were not slaves.
They were people dedicated to shrines/gods.
And only like 2/5th of Igboland practiced Osu caste.
Igbo word for slave is Odibo. We have another variant of Odibos called Ohu/Oru.

Ika is the closest to Bini in Anioma while Ndokwa Ukwuani are the closest to Itsekiri.
These two groups also have a slavish attachment to Bini.
Putting two and two together, it doesn't take long to unravel the ***** in Reno drivel.
"Ndokwa Ukwuani are the closest to Itsekiri," and "...have a slavish attachment to Bini." are you ok!? grin

Lol! I Know about Igbanke, Owa ri uzo, etc. They are all Ika people in Edo state.

Ogwashi uku are proud Nri people and has nothing to do with Bini slavish history of Ika and related groups.

Thank you.
"What has Osu to do with our discussion?" Did you just ask that? Is it not obvious you don't understand English? What is the meaning of osu? And in what context did I make reference to it? Just emotional outbursts!

Ogwashi uku are proud Nri people, right? If according to you, a people who are closer to the people you're insulting even by natural settlements have "nothing to do with Bini slavish history," how come a people who are farther interior away from the binis are the slaves to them?
Do you even know the places you are talking about?

You are obviously not okay upstairs.
What has Osu to do with slaves? Osu doesn't mean slave. Empty Head.
Slave in Igbo is Odibo. There is also Ohu/Oru.
Stop embarrassing yourself.

Which bitterness do you speak of?
Taa gbafuo!
Any human with brain cells know that Reno is referring to Ukwuani Ndokwa and Ika people.
They are the ones with extensive interactions with Bini and Itsekiris.
Ndiigbo would rather Reno come out clean and stop roping us into something we know nothing about.
Who cares about whatever slavish origin you uphold? Ara agbakwana gi! How many Igbos send you lots?

Go settle your slavish relationship with Binis and Itsekiris and leave Ndiigbo out of your mess. We don't know you.
Get a grip of yourselves.
Typical of you people! Ignorant yet boastful!
So, there is nothing like the osu caste system in igbo land?

Reno may be referring to the Igbankes, (which obviously, you don't even know about) and the Ikas, but not even the Ogwashi ukwus, Nsukwa people, etc
PoliticsRe: Itsekiris And Igbo Slaves by RoyalUc(m): 9:17pm On Jul 22, 2021
Ariani:
That's none of my concern.
Ika and Ndokwa Ukwuani people should go and settle it out with Bini /Itsekiri people.

Reno and some tactless Igbos should stop dragging the rest of us sensible Igbos into something we have nothing to do with.
You are just one bitter soul!

Since when is it a crime to uphold and defend your identity and cultural heritage?
That the Ika or Ukwani/Ndokwa refused to be lumped into your tribe is too big a deal for you to handle.

The Ndokwa Ukwani people for instance are warriors. They've never been defeated and captured by any tribe. As a matter of fact, they fought off any invader, made slaves of people, and even captured and killed Whitemen who ventured into their land (funny enough, till today, church folks still attribute the level of backwardness in that region to the killings, bloodshed and charms done by their ancestors). Till today, they still have the mentality of resisting external influences, including 'western' development.

It might interest you to know that the word for slaves known as 'osu' in your tribe is 'Igbo' in Ndokwa Ukwani.
