northvietnam:Is that your prayers? |
MrDam:Armageddon is here.. |
KosiGee:Could be that he was just joking, ...the way he said that.... |
blamingthedevil:You are totally right my good brother.. South east as an acronym is the invention of fulani army officers. At independence, the only generally acceptable regional groupings were; the north, the West and the East... Following popular demands, after a referendum, the southern cameroons left the east to join their kins in Cameroon while Midwest left the west to establish a distinct political identity! There were muted agitation for the middle belt and some murmurings for the COR, but non materialized before the brutes in uniform took over and started slicing everything whimsically as they liked... So the borders of present day groupings are not borne out of either referendums or electoral decisions but basically were creations if some intellectually starved uniformed buffoons in power.. |
robosky02:Lol He must have aged now... Dude played for PSG in the days... |
OneTemplate:Do you even understand the meaning of the term "principle"?? Instead of you to make your funny points, you are there preaching to me to stop being emotional me. What do you understand about someone's enduring political principles?! Nothing.? Tinubu once stated that he doesn't believe in Nigerias continues existence, the same turncoat once fought tooth and nail for a national conference to restructure Nigeria, he once led NADECO against Abachas government for not respecting court verdicts, right!? So how come today he's supporting a government that unconstitutionally sacked a sitting chief justice of the federation, supports a government that's killing Nigerians to "keep Nigeria one" and never talks about restructuring again Is that how you keep principles?Oshiomohle? Is principled? The same man that led many youths to their untimely deaths as a trade union leader over fuel price increases will later turn around to head a political party in power whose government increases fuel prices almost on yearly basis!? The same man that fought Obasanjo tooth and nail over maladministration and elections malpractices will be caught with APC in Benin trying to bamboozle the electoral process to doooth his whims and you have the audacity to put 'principles' in the same sentence with his name!? Buhari? The man who campaigned as a force against corruption is now leading a government considered to be one of the most corrupt in our national history... A man who fought to keep Nigeria one is now most probably by far the most polarising ethnic jingoist in this countrys history, and a partisan hack like you wants all of us to overlook all these ideological summersaults unleashed for personal and sectional goals...Where have you been? Do you even know what you are yapping about at all? |
Ddokie:Daurra man's life is better because of buharis presidency. Better roads, Katsina airport to help him get his stuff done quicker, library's built by Emeka Offor to curry favour from Buhari, new transport university being built by Amaechi, rail network going to Niger through Daurra, billions of financial helps through the disaster management agency, easy recruitment into the army, navy, airforce and ofcourse the general civil service! Daurra man's life is better, bro... We need to get a hold on that presidency to make our lives in the east better too or we scatter everything... That should be the mentality not believing the lie that power provides nothing to the North... They're ripping us all off with power... |
OneTemplate:Tinubu, Buhari and oshiomohle have "enduring principles"? |
Those who institutionalized igbo marginalisation in Nigeria were the people who made the break up of Nigeria inevitable! If anybody anywhere is living with the impression that the igboman will accept subjugation for eternity out of fear of violence or ethnic gang up , such a person is living in a fools paradise.. |
Does it mean that Onyekuru can only shine with Galatasaray? Whenever he moves to another destination, he struggles. He has to find the reason for this... In another news Bathlomew Ogbeche is painting the Indian league red with goals..., Yes, Indian league! Mumbai fc..Didn't even know he's still active.. |
Heard the IGP had to task all DPOs to remit some agreed amount monthly from their "check point transactions" in order to erect this project in his neighborhood.. This might explain the reason why collection of "duties" at check points in recent years became a do or die affair.. This country has no morales! This party, The APC is starved of principles! Every government official is desperate to site government projects in their villages! Without fear of how the larger Nigerian society will look at it and we have a population that seem to see this as normal! There are no police colleges in several regions of the country and with the police being an integral force in maintaining peace and order, you would think that a serious government will be thinking of decentralizing such projects, but here we are commissioning a police college biult in Lagos Nassarawa state..., the hometown of the current Inspector General of Police.. |
privaldo:2 things that are fatally wrong with your submission above: 1) Igbos in the south east are not the ones pushing away Igbos from other areas! On the contrary, Igbos from other areas, especially the fulani invented "south south" are the ones fiercely clamouring for a separate identity! The only time you see Igbos from the south south speak up about how they're being pushed away from their so-called Igbo heritage is during times like this..This forum is littered with so many examples of this! We have threads here where for many pages, it was a tug of war as some BROTHERS from mainly Rivers State and Delta State unleashed all sorts of diatribes on the igbo, simply because in the heat of the political persecution going on against the igboman at the moment, it looks convenient for folks to claim a new identity! That in my opinion is evil and should be condemned! Essentially, your advice should go to the Igbos in other regions to man up, actively identify with their kind in the hinterlands and boldily move forward to possess their possessions! 2) You also get it wrong when you talk of creating a "world class igbo economy" within Nigeria, without the Igbos not being interested in the leadership positions/decisions in Nigeria. That can't work my brother! Folks easily forget that politics come first before the economics. You can't get the right economic policies you need to create a versatile economy, if your traducer is in charge of making political decisions over your head on a daily basis! To even create an export oriented economy for instance, you need to get the macro/micro economic policies right! The CBN for instance, needs to get the fiscal and monetary policies right! Otherwise the final prices of your goods will struggle against the prices of similar goods from other competing economies.. That's just one single consequence of having the CBN governor making policies that run contrary to your interest! Who appoints the CBN governor? It's the president! So how can you create an economy that's competitive enough, if you have a hate filled president appointing officers who will make policies that will kill your initiatives? High exchange rate means costly prices for raw materials to be imported. It means costly imported machinery since we import most, it means highly costly remuneration policies for foreign expats who might be needed to help with setting up some manufacturing processes.., the list is endless. . We haven't even gone to policies related to setting up the basic infastructures needed to fast track the course of rapid industrialization such as power projects, rail ways, gas distribution, roads, ports, soft loans to SMEs etc... You need to have the right policies at the center to make this happen! Look at how Obasanjo turned Ottah into a manufacturing hub with the gas line biuld up.., look at how Buhari is doing the same in Kaduna. How can any eastern city compete with those cities if policy makers deliberately starved the eastern cities of such foundamental structural investments? |
YorubaPrince:The Bruiser is here... Show'em pepper... |
oz4real83:Edo kee u dia.. You come to someone's else territory to claim he's possessing you? I guess the Edo's that migrated to Libya will help the Oba claim Libya as Edo too...? |
This sultan is dubious.. You hardly see him use his "massive" platform to criticize wayward fulani herdsmen while they are on their killing spree, but once the dust settles and the fulanis are at the receiving end as sane minds try to hold them responsible for their dirty deeds, our overdressed sultan wriggles out from his dusty throne to warn against "generalising"... Are the lives of the victims that inconsequential? And this attitude is not restricted to the sultan alone, .. Almost all fulanis are like this. More interested in burnishing their non existent image than doing something to end the genocide going on... It only means one thing; there is something they know about these massacres that they rest of us don't know... |
So Tanko has all these mapped out? These guys really plan well... |
Hardwork is a relative term... Laboring from morning till night might help you feed but may not fix you a new lifestyle... Working SMART is the key here... |
Jobless herdsman roaming from Abuja to Daurra aimlessly... |
Fozi:Seriously, Why are you upset with the post? What did I do wrong? |
NwaNimo1:
|
Fozi:I told you in the morning to stay away from that Tramadol today but you won't listen... See now... |
dat9jaguy:Inûkwaa.... I'm an Igbo tribalist! Translated appropriately; I'm a fanatic igbo nationalist! A very proud one at that! What's is there to deny? |
Let's let the sleeping dog lie... Time will fix all things... When the Oba of Lagos stated that Lagos is not owned by the Yorubas, the Yorubas stylishly pretended like they didn't hear.. Crafty clan! They went behind and started all sorts of outflanking moves to rail in the run-away Oba, who is now dropping verbal bombs like a "loose canon"! Today, they have bridged the gap a bit between their positions and that of Akiolu.. Let's just calm down on the Anioma stuff. Okonjo iweala is Anioma, Jay Jay okocha is Anioma, Pat Utomi is Anioma! Asagba of Asaba nko? Are we going to deny them their heritage? All these denials arer because Igbos are facing persecution on a generational scale in Nigeria at the moment and folks don't want to partake in the purnishment! Once an Igbo is at the top, we all will be good and that is a question of time.. Calm down my people, nothing to hit your head on the wall here... |
ValCon888:Gbam... Gbamer ... Gbamest... |
Peace mass transit needs to be investigated.. |

Sawfish/Carpenter sharks.. very harmless and very endangered... Don't even know the village spirit that sent this one to Nigeria. Oyibo considers this fish as very endangered.. We will eat our ancestors one day if we continue like this... |
JidennaJason:Apt analysis... You understand what he's doing perfectly well.. |
Gr8amechi:There is no confusion in why I said unless you are desperate to be mischievous... He is what he says he is... |
Ohanaeze represents themselves.. Nobody should ask Buhari to do the right thing.. Agitations will force hands.. |
RoyalUc:You are totally right! I agree totally! There are levels to this.. |
Onepeople:It has helped them immensely! Leave talk! Go to offices in Abuja and see how their young men get all sorts of plumpy jobs while graduates from the east are heading to India, Malaysia and cambodia to dare the dragons..., good roads, oil blocks , army, police, airforce, better gas supply to power their industrial cities, .. dams, irrigations, power plants.... These were all possible because their men appointed at the helm in different ministries, took decisive actions to fix their areas! In terms of infastructures, thy re better off. We have to discard this attitude of thinking they are not getting anything from all these.. |

Is that how you keep principles?
Age is really telling on Pius Anyim, no wonder he doesn't think properly.
