Empiree: I don't know anything about this but how did you reach conclusion he awarded illegal contracts?.
Lastly, if you hate the man at least be honest about it. Did corruption start with him for you to have called him "father of corruption"?.
After he lives office in few yrs now you will see Nigeria praising him if the next president also messed up. This is Nigeria way of doing things. He has awarded or renewed more than 60 oil wells! That man is corruption personified! He hoodwinked some of you! Why is the process so secretive!? Are those his personal oil wells? |

Empiree: why Buhari all the time?. Buhari can only influence. He's not the judge. He already pointed out looters. It is up to law enforcement to investigate and prosecute. And it is up to judges to send criminals to jail.
Don't you have separation of power?. You want Buhari to be judge and jury at the same time and then you would call him a dictator?.
Be reasonable
Buhari will only be guilty of he loots too. But there's is no evidence of that now. No evidence? Why is the process of awarding and reawarding oil licenses and gas fields shrouded in utmost secrecy by the president who also doubles as the oil minister against constitutional stipulations? If he's fighting corruption, let him show us who and who and who got those licenses... Buhari is the father of corruption.. |

sangresan: You're an idiot....The hood doesn't make a monk...It's not the accident of birth or education that makes a leader, but his or her capacity to assume responsibility when the occasion demands. Besides, the Gani Adams you mofos are criticising was once involved in the June 12 struggle and the Hausa/Yoruba crises in Lagos. Where were those criticising him today when Obj declared him wanted? He never wavered or ran away. Is he not better than the dimwitted Nnamdi Kanu that a lot of you people are worshipping as your alpha and omega? Kanu ran away leaving his comrades in prison. Needless, to say that his authority supersedes that of any living Igbo man today.
Moreover, the Tinubu that morons like you are always quick to abuse was an accountant at Mobil. He was a senator and a 2-term governor of the best-governed state in Nigeria. I don't think any of your family or lineage or kinsmen can untie the shoes of Tinubu in terms of achievements.
No, Yorubas don't celebrate thugs and cultists. We rather see them as major casts in the machiavellian plot of an increasingly tragic drama called Nigeria. The Sunday Igboho of Oyo State isn't so different from a Chris Uba of Anambra State who once kidnaped a sitting governor. The MC Oluomo of Lagos isn't starkly different from a Bob Isua of Edo State and a Tompolo of Delta State who act as enforcers in the political endgame. Afterall, those SE and SS states aren't doing any better than their counterparts, nor is any of their states better governed than Lagos in all ramifications.

We should all remember that nearly 5% of our total national VAT has been allocated to the "rehabilitation of the North East" by the Lawan led national assembly through a bill supported by the first lady and signed into law by the president himself! That means that even before division and distribution to different tiers of government, the north takes about 5% of VAT and then come back to share the rest with all of use! All these made easy by a northern finance minister! Nigeria is nothing but a fraud in motion! |

gwafaeziokwu: Op, don't worry. The Igbos in the military are taking note of what is happening. All that Jonathan and Obasanjo did to make Nigeria military United and strong is being eroded by a stiff necked illiterate who is still fighting a civil war.
This is actually good for us. Buhari is rallying all the "one Nigerian" Igbos to the Biafran cause. All the disbelieving Igbo folks who were too myopic in the past has seen the hand writting on the wall. The last group to join would be the Igbo politicians after 2023 because I am very sure Buhari will rather die than hand over power to an Igbo man. That hopefully will be the last straw unless they are ready to wait another 16 years. Once our politicians and elites get to be on the same page with the man on the street then we are home and dry. Biafra will be a matter of time.
You see losing the war in 1970 threw our society into disarray. Our quality leaders who would have taken up the mantle was too emotionally and psychologically traumatised to have any thing to do with Nigeria. Many left the country. Those that stayed back in the leadership circle did so with insipid tameness. They were too careful about fighting Igbo interest because the word Igbo resonated Biafra. So they accepted crumbs, and allowed greater Igbo interest to be swallowed. Things worsened with long military dictatorship such that at a point Igbo marginalisation became the official Nigeria policy. The military was so corrupt and they made few charlatans from the east oil billionaires and these guys became the new king makers at the return to civil rule.
Now the king makers have political sons who are pure political business men. But there are few among them who entered the political space unpainted by any dark history. They have been vocal for long and are bidding their time. They know the Igbo public will back them when the time reach. Buhari is here to fast track the coming of a new Biafran nation. Igwago fa eziokwu.. I actually think that one of the worst realities of Nigerias politics for the Igbo post Nigeria-Biafra war was the emergence of the present compromised group of so called Igbo leaders. Like you rightly pointed out, these charlatans assumed/hyjacked positions of influence within the igbo society because the real Igbo leaders were so scandalized by the putrid surroundings of nigerias politics to get involved anymore.. These sellouts acted like gangs of fraudsters and were/are ready to do anything to stay relevant politically and to be in the good books of their desert masters.. The Okorochas, the Orji Kalus, the Offors and Arthur Ezes of this world! Iwuanyanwu, Nzeribe, Nwobodo, name them.. It has been a motley congregation of compromised characters whose vaulting ambitions wrecked unbelievable havoc on the collective igbo interests in Nigeria..Continuously plotting to keep "Nigeria one", when actually all they are doing was/is to help keep the igbo subjugated and so vulnerable to external manipulations.. 2023 is around the corner. Buhari will make them all irrelevant with one anticipated custom move. Thereafter, it will be days of reckoning.. Igboland can't move forward with these characters at the helm of affairs.. |

Zenithpeak: I have met so many original Hausas breeds in my life to know who these people are. They love you easily and trust you without knowing you from time.
Take religion away from Hausa man, you will see a handsome perfect gentleman who will give all he has to sustain a relationship. Their woman are easy to go by with. Their women don't always ask questions because they hate to think deep.
If any stranger speaks their language, they easily trust such stranger and treat him like a king. They may be angry but only for short period unlike the domineering Fulanis who go about with their natural corruption to destabilize anywhere they were treated like humans.
I want to stand in agreement with you that the south should stop these people and join forces with the original Hausas to send those demons back to futa'd'jallon for Nigeria to be peaceful again. Totally agree with you... Lived and worked with them in Kano! The same impression! But I really feel upset when I see how they continuously defer to fulanis in almost every issue. You see the fulani guy dressed in full arrogance walk into the room with a swagger and decide on a topic with an air of finality! Immediately, the Hausa guys there will smile sheepishly and follow suit! Without any confrontations.. Much as I hate that reality, I don't know where to start to blame them. They live next to each other and these fulanis actually conquered them. Taking a cue from how violent the massacres are today in Southern Kaduna and the rest, one can only imagine how cruel the experience would have been for the Hausas in those days without any superior force to save them! Could be a question of accepting subjugation just to live... |

It's black on black Apartheid! Folks try to sugar-coat it but what is going on under Buhari as it regards the Igbos is the worst type of political persecution you can witness anywhere in the world! Paul Kagame treated the Hutus better.. And this is why every Igbo man should close his ears to all these fake Southerners trying to make it look like you are over reacting, when you try to confront these blood suckers! We are not suffering the same illness..According to FFK, Buhari is still fighting the Igbos for the death of "our leaders" in 1966!
This has been going on since 1966 without respite. In my view, it's just a story of a very hateful primitive man running from left to right to find convenient excuses to practice his hate.. You have to distribute some of the blames though; if the "bought over" group of Igbo leaders are not always there to give the impression that Buhari cares about the Igbos, the enermousity of the oppression would have been highlighted more! The fact that there are still Igbos working with him and defending him slightly mangles issues. Blame Jonathan too! He handed the whole of igboland to a rabid igbo hater in the name of political correctness... |

I think a Southerner should take power and find a way of freeing the Hausas from the firm grip of these fulanis who sold themselves as the sons of god just like the isrealies to the northerners. People easily forget that these same Fulanis were in the business of catching black slaves for the Arabians in the past and only utilized those contacts to leapfrog into positions of power in different West African capitals.. Since they're nothing but a huge menace to the peaceful locals these days, driving them back to futa jallon and futa torro from whence they came from should be on the table at all times.. |
