They bought the buses by themselves.
It might be even stolen.
They got the money from robbing banks, taxing the towns and villages and taxing politicians and rich men. Threatened them to harm their families.

I remember they stole two thousand cows of late emir of zaria. Estimated to worth hundred million naira. That is just one example.
grin grin I see your narrative...Boko Haram definitely have sponsors, either in govt or international. The use of expensive vehicles, heavy weapons, payment of the fighters and food supply. These are indications that there is somebody at the top.
If you follow stories about regional war across Africa , you find out Boko Haram is the most equiped militant/terrorist group in Africa.

Luxury lifestyle isn't showoff. If someone has money, shouldn't he spend it again?

For every one Arab that hits headline for luxury lifestyle, hundreds of western models, musicians, footballers, business men etc have made headlines.

So quite the false narrative.
so was hush puppi showing off?
Islam › Re: Dealing With The Temptation To Show Off by ruggedtimi(m): 10:23am On Aug 27, 2021
beardedboy:
Says who? Obviously you haven't been to an Arab country.

Do you know how many billions of naira Arabs send to this country yearly? The money is used to build wells in remote areas and even in cities. I'm talking about people's personal money not government charity agencies.

Yet, no media says a thing about it. An easy example is the official corpers lodge of Abeokuta, Ogun state, there are two wells there and both were made by Arabs. Both Muslim and christian corpers benefit from the well. People even come from neighbouring communities to fetch from the well.

In the end, it's still hate, bigotry and jealousy Nigerian Christians use to repay.
showing off is not only showing your philanthropy works. So many rich men are involved in one / two philanthropy project but nobody hears shit. Showing off here I meant luxury lifestyle.
The Arabs are baba for showing off luxury lifestyle.

Am highly disappointed in the PDP.....

A party that every body should be rallying around to save millions of Nigerians from the dungeon of APC government...

This is to show to all Nigerians that PDP is yet to change from their corrupt and power drunk attitude......

This is extremely obvious that Nigerian politicians are after their interest, pocket and families alone....

IT'S BETTER THE GUYS IN KHARKI SHOULD COME ON BOARD BECAUSE THINGS HAVE FALLEN APART.....
guys on khaki go worst.

AVECDEO:
He tried to resist the imperial/colonial high handedness and the pilfering natives resources to enrich and develop European industries at the start of the industrial age.

He had nonopoly/controlled of the Palm Oil market which the colonialist detested particularly the Royal Nigerian Company a British chartered company.

He was said to be one of the richest African of that Era and an astute businessman which the imperialist found baffling.

He was also one of the earliest African who saw through the heart of the wicked white man...so he resisted them and they didn't like "him".

He was indeed a great man.

I don't know why history is not thought in Nigerian school.

How do we discover ourself when we don't know where we are coming from...
he exported palm oil directly to Liverpool cutting of the British middle men...he is known in Barbados and celebrated in Barbados. King jaja of Opobo is a very important figure in Nigeria history.
