GOod day everyone, please i need your input on my concerns with Kuda banks.
I always have chronic unease with all this bank without physical structure. I have account with kuda banks. Which i decide to safe my money, March ending i credited 20k in my kuda account and subsequently every month credit 20k that was my plan.
I was shock when i had issue with one of my bank account ATM card and decide to use kuda for quick recovery, kuda has blocked my account, all the mails and chat yielded no results. Always generic responds messages, even at that i still update all the necessary documents, my house address, utility bills that contain my house address was uploaded.
This is more than 20 days i started the engagement to no avail my account remain blocked.
I begin to suspect fraud and i stopped putting money into that account.
Please from what is happening to me now is Kuda bank real or scam?

I have forever crossed my heart never to lend anyone money in my life, it doesn't end well.
My friend order thunder to fire me for asking for the money i lend him, according to him is not the appropriate time for me to asked. Money that suppose to be repaid in 3 months time is 1yr and 6 month and he still order thunder to fire me. Its ok, this money since 2020 till date he has paid 80% in 2022 and the rest has gone to voice mail.
I can only give money now that i am willing to let go if there is no intention to pay.

Prince Harry has been to other nations to raise funds for wounded soldiers no doubt but those funds were utilised for the purpose. In Nigeria your country you thinks any fund raised will be utilized?

Haa, this is very untrue. I have been using this PFA for over two years now and have not had anything of such. For those who don’t know, a pension account cannot be closed because it doesn’t work like a bank account that can go dormant if you don’t use it for long. Moreover, you are not supposed to get an alert from your company but from your PFA. My dear, I am finding this to be very untrue. I am sure you have a relationship manager at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, so why not contact the person and ask questions. Moreover, nobody can deduct your money from your pension account not even Stanbic IBTC. You can contact them on their phone number - 02 01 271 6000 or email pensionsolution@stanbicibtc.com. My experience with Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers has been amazing, my 5 siblings joined the PFA this year because of their services and operations.

My friend don't sit at home and be typing what you don't know. Do i have anything to gain to indict PFA?
Please go and make make enquiry. I always monitor my account with the app and i always keep tab of the balance every month. I always received alert when my pension is paid. I can tell you that whole match and April was terrible. February pension was deducted by 85% or do you need screen shot to believe my story?

I have been with StanbicIBTC Pensions for years and I have not experienced this.
Pension account cannot be closed, it does not work like bank account that goes dormant.
Even when I was out of job for months, I kept getting notifications of interest earned on my balance.

But did you get notifications for deduction. This means you are not monitoring your account.
All those interest is depleting as i speak

I have nothing to gain to come on line and give false info. I will conclude those who are saying this story is untrue are either staff of STANBIC IBTC or you were paid to do so.
I monitor my account everyday through the app. I am seriously pained to see continuous deductions in my account.
If you have the app monitoring your account and still said this story is untrue, you are part of the problems we are facing in this country.
I am expecting a reasonable person to investigate and verify the authenticity of the story before discrediting the info.
I am very disappointed with some people honestly. All my colleagues with this PFA are planning of moving their fund.

I was even thinking of moving my pension from FCMB to StanbicIBTC pension, but i think i will have to hold on first.

STANBIC IBTC is a no no for now. Someone mentioned Leadway but yet to confirmed that
