Same thing i told my former company when they call me to bring my resignation letter, there was no offer letter from the company, they got an intervention contract and needed personnel to execute the job. They were lucky after expiration of the contract, the contract was renewed with better package, some of us that shows resilience were retain without offer letter no other incentive for the personnel executing the job.
