Get your luggages arranged/ready and search for next day flights. You will get one with a very low price. If you live in any of the States that has an International airport, you can also try same day flights. I noticed air fares tend to drop 10 to 35 hours before departure due to last minute cancellations and some other unknown factors (Like i said before, my observation)

I got a next day flight for N512,000 which ordinarily was almost 3 times that amount. Good enough, it had just an hour stop. Got to The UK some days back

Please friends, I need your help. I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris, automatic. It had two major issues. First it was smoking and shorting oil. Secondly, I noticed the car had weak compression especially when going up a hill.Ringings done and fine. No more smoke but still no compression. Another mechanic said it was an electrical issue. I realized that cylinder three and four had no current. So they had to tap from one and two to feed the other two. Now am told to get a new brain box. That probably the line from the ECU is bad and that there too much load on the first and second. Please guys I need your advice. I don't want to go for an ECU only to realize that was not the issue. It didn't bring any code. The codes it brought then were for the VTEC wire that cut.
Since I changed the gasket the car hasn't run at optimal performance again

With a manual transmission, when you want to accelerate, you choose to downshift if you feel it's needed and there's a direct correlation between engine rpm and tire speed. Shifting your own gears gives such a more powerful, visceral, personal connection to your vehicle compared to an automatic.

It's obvious you have a personal attachment to manual transmissions and I must commend you for your love.
But personal attachment is not equal to faster or better transmission. With a paddle shifter, all you have said I can easily do the same but with better and more efficient results.
