Hello guys,nice work going on here.
A problem just recently started occurring with my phone (redmi note 8 ),the power button doesn't work and when I try to reduce the volume of the phone it goes down completely. Even as I type right now the volume would just go down to the lowest without being triggered. I tried rebooting the phone but it got stuck on 'fast boot' repeatedly,I was only able to turn it back on by holding the volume up button and the power button when it was just showing fast boot.
I have tried freeing up space but the problem persists, please what should I do?,I was told by a friend that the O.S crashed.
What can I do to fix this issue?

Sounds like your volume rocker is faulty. I don't think it's software related but hardware.

You are to download the full Recovery ROM as you are going to be moving from Android 10 to 11.

The incremental update is for those who downloaded the first Stable beta build of Android 11 in February.

New feature about to be launched. It's called bedtime mode. It's learns your charging habit and charges when you want it to. I think it will be similar to the one on iPhones.

Modified: oh wait I had it all wrong but it's a cool app nonetheless. It helps to reduce your screen addiction and can even help you sleep better without distractions. It's quite useful.

Is there any solution for Xiomi Note 10 pro restarting of app, whenever l opted out from Facebook or YouTube etc for a sec, the app will start afresh, which can be Very frustrating most times.

Go to the settings and disable battery saver for few selected apps.

He does one of the most useless camera tests ever. Na why I no dey bother watch him channel na only for Nairaland I dey check him topic. Once I see those him camera test I no dey bother play the video. Him go dey okay.

It's a Google thing. I experience the same thing but only the Google chrome. Doesn't happen elsewhere, twitter, WhatsApp, telegram, Instagram, etc. It doesn't happen there just on chrome.

I don't understand whether it's only N9S/ pro that has this thing I detest— the screenshots are usually blurry when you post it on NL. But other phone series their screenshots come out sharp and full.

That 4G corner and battery percentage is almost unrecognisable.
I noticed older phones screenshots are to die for and come out crisp.
Dunno if it's NL algorithm or something. But Note 5 users and Redmi 8 just have it good.

I've never really noticed it before. But you are right its very blurry.

But at least it doesn't happen else where, just here on nairaland so it's their compressing algorithm at work.

No don't change it yet. Just remove it and use like that for a while and see if the ghost touch happens.

If you are using a screen guard,it might be the culprit.

Might just be a backlight issue. Be wary of the engineer you take it to so they don't damage something else.
