Considering all the security issues and house invasions in Nigeria recently, I have been looking for what I can buy at least for self defense temporarily until either law enforcements arrive or they kill me .
I'm not one of those people that likes to go down without a fight so I'm working towards some sort of self defense if it happens.
I understand that Nigeria is against possession of any kind of firearm so I'm looking at other options.
Slingshot came to mind so I searched online and came about this crossbow (picture below) but my question is will it be legal to own this in nigeria?
I'm asking for 2 reason, one is importation and custom seizure issue and the second is police arresting me for having a deadly weapon at home.

What do you think guys?
If it's not allowed, what kind of weapon can someone have for self defense?

Note: I'm not an herdsmen and I'm not into any crime but I'm a family man and the safety of my family is solely in my hands. We all know police don't show up if you call to report an ongoing crime so it's better to defend yourself first

I have my interest on infinix zero 8i or 8 but I have some setbacks about how infinix don't usually releases major update to new android version.caughing out 100-130k for fones without major android update is not fair to me... though I am not 100% sure if they release or don't release major update o,just dat most of their devices gets stock to any android version they produces it with.

Research and get a brand that supports updates. There are brands that guarantee up to 2 years of updates at the same price with Infinix. Don't let marketers fool you into something you would regret.

If you recently dropped your phone perhaps the screen got damaged and it could also be a quick fix but it can't be solved online you have to go to your technician.

I just got Redmi 9t .. the apps that came with it are not updating via google play store.. it keeps rotating showing “Download Pending” I have used WiFi and mobile network and is still not going.. the worst is that is also not downloading new apps via same play store ...it just writes “waiting for download” and keeps rotating like that ... browsers are going using WiFi and mobile network but once I enter play store downloading and updating keeps rotating like that... please guys help me with relevant information. Clear cache and uninstall updates of the Google play store in your app list.
Lot of people have been complaining about app update on some latest phones.
