Mine is like that too arrived at nipost since April I have send my sister called them several times but they told me my package is not there I don't want to ask for my refund and they'll call me to take my package and I don't know how to pay the seller

Please has anyone had this problem before? The parcel has arrived since April but nipost said they haven't received it that I should wait for phone call or sms. I also contacted the seller he extended the purchase protection time and I am yet to receive the parcel.

Today was the day I was told my phone is supposed to get to me. I was planning to storm Nipost Awka to carry one system there today

Fortunately, I received a message from Nipost that they've been calling me but my bad phone didn't let me see the call. They told me to tip the #700 but I gave them #500

In all, thank God I got the phone. (Redmi note 10 pro 8 gig ram)

I will do exactly as u suggested and if that fails, I'm heading for dispute. The parcel arrived Nigeria on the 19th of last month, and till now, no further information about it.

My address is Awka and I also ordered the same phone since 5th of may. I was told it's in Nigeria and has been handed over a local post since 26th. Since it got to Nigeria, custom never see am, Nipost never call me, tracker no de move, anytime you call Nipost, they will say their server is down, so the can't check the Item. Can we keep in contact with each other to update ourselves about our parcel? .... My email is oguedoihucg@gmail.com

It's an untrackable shipping so you'll have to be patient and wait for whenever your nearest PO contacts you

I got a response from one confused adekunle saying my items are not trackable on NIPOST website. So which international items are trackable on their website? NIPOST is a disgrace, 70 yrs old man!!!

Speedaf deliver my items with TN that ends with R to my door step but deliver the ones with TN that ends with E to Shomolu NIPOST in Lagos. The delivery address on all my items is my house address in Port Harcourt. Why is this so?

For the past 2-3 months now, Iv not gotten my items delivered to NIPOST while the ones delivered directly to me by speedaf got to me in less than 21 days.

Please who has the contact numbers of Shomolu Post Office as tracking international item on NIPOST Website is to no avail. NIPOST is really getting worse day by day in this country. None of the six customer lines on their website is going through. They don't respond to email either like speedaf.

Please anyone with Shomolu post office contact number or contact number of any employee working there? This gesture will be highly appreciated. U can private message me on Nairaland or my email address: ayolacz@gmail.com.

The tracker on AliExpress site show that it's in the country and has been handed over to local post since 26th of last month. I have gone through EMS Nigeria site, Nipost and speedaf Nigeria site but couldn't track it, even though other international trackers say it's in the country. I am surprised because I expected it to pass through custom clearance before it would be handed over just like other items I've gotten from AliExpress via speedaf. Please, has anyone gotten an Item that didn't pass through custom first before local delivery here before?���

Postal Ninja. But bro, you are yet to tell me the response you've been getting or info you get from your tracker. Again, just type AliExpress tracker on google and use as much as you can see.

I do not track my items with one tracking site. I just type AliExpress tracker on google to see a lot. I try using all because some provide details while some doesn't.

I would advice you to just be patient. I've noticed that items that have tracking number starting with R, ending with SG usually delay. This is because the item may get to another country before getting to you. I have a similar experience because a phone I ordered since 5th of this month, was taken to Singapore within 2 days and was moved out of Singapore on 10th to another country. There, it spent 16 days before it moved. I was told it's in Nigeria but custom never see am and I never receive am. ...so let's wait
