Learn straight-line motion. Motor racing car turn corners at ridiculous speed - 250-300km per hour -- and the basic is how to deal with corners and turns. Otherwise, any fool like you can step on the accelerator on a straight line like we saw in Ghana...floor it and talk about horse power and torgue! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNZksy3r7iU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYp2vvUgEqE Just30: |
What nonsense is this? Just30: |
You're looking for a father online? AfriqueDuZuid: |
I started driving before you were born - precisely in 1989. Youre typical west african with zero knowledge of motor racing. Kenya has long history of safari rally - the ultimate motor racing then. There is a lot that is different in driving a racing car and driving your car. First thing I told is how to turn corners without losing speed...and you do that by left-foot braking - with other foot on the accelerator - I know it doesn't make sense to a slowpoke like you - but at nearly all times - the racing car has the accelerator foot on - so you don't lose time- the driver main job is to flatten all the corners and turns - and make it a straight line - timing when and where to left or right foot break with the accelerator pedal on. Just30: |
Madman - watch this video - left foot braking is the basic of motor racing. What do Ghanain like you know about motor racing. The slowpoke think like typical Ghana weekend racer - that driving racing cars is like driving their 30yr old AUDI . Start with even opening Go-Karting circuits to teach your kids basic.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pcg15lHSBKU Just30: |
It's only in west africa where being fat is seen as something to be proud of. obaaderemi: |
Kenya Volleyball - will again represent Africa in Tokyo olympic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9iZbVGQyLSM |
Good. At least it not totally backward. Do more of that kind of thing. obaaderemi: |
Outside kicking ball - west Africa backwaters - do not exist in the sporting world. This 2021 - Madrid 7s -Rugby - sevens - Kenya versus Portugal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INb15c117R4 The final was Kenya versus argentina. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i95yJ3Zo5KU |
No it doesn't. It once hosted F1 event way back in 90s - but now there is no F1 track that is approved by FIA to host F1 event. It has qualify and host F1 event first. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f2/Formula_1_all_over_the_world-2021.svg/1280px-Formula_1_all_over_the_world-2021.svg.png obaaderemi: |
You know nothing about sports - outside kicking a ball. Your country is a backwater. This year alone - Kenya has seen international events. March - was Kenyan Open - part of European tour - this is world class golf https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4esol9WUWdY obaaderemi: |
Maybe in sports car racing. Back to motor racing Toyota Yarris driven by French man Ogier just won the Safari rally in Kenya - maybe next time you should donate your 30yr old Audi or Bmw or Ferrari with a much horsepower as you'd like obaaderemi: |
Only 1993 and then what happened? AfriqueDuZuid: |
Which races? The ability to turn sharp corners at top speed is everything. Otherwise it easy to stick an a jet engine in a car. Racing cars don't normally slow down on corners; they turn the car steering at the same high speed. Don't think it's typical driving where you slow down every corner...you turn corners by left braking while the accelerator is on the other foot...so the car slides and turn at high speed....force travel in straightline - and that is important technique that rally drivers must master. obaaderemi: |
Counter what. There is NO FORMULA 1 in AFRICA. And there is nothing like sports car racing. You keep it to soccer - football. obaaderemi: |
Sports car racing yeah never heard of that one. I checked Edo - it tiny GP karting race...of course you can take cars or motor bikes too..and do sport car racing. You're a cartoon - start here-> https://www.fia.com/sport The president of FIA is in Nairobi - we just made him Moran of the Burning Spear. FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP - Popularly known as F1 or Formula 1. Africa not yet at this level. WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP FIA - Popularly known as WRC - Kenya circuit returned after 18yrs - Kenya has impressive records here. Kenya rep Africa here.... WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP FIA WORLD RALLYCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP FIA FORMULA E WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP obaaderemi: |
Nigeria 1st track - not bad - 2.7km long. That is small GP karting track,https://motorsportraceway.com/web/ |
No Africa country - not even South Africa or Egypt - have Formulae 1 track. Now tell us about this Edo one. Yes kenya has several GP karting where kids learn. Of course we have motor racing league. We have tracks for motor bikes. Kenya sports is on another level. We have most sports - including archery - with many shooting competiton obaaderemi: |
What kind of motor racing track - GP Karting or Formula one.Stick to football - soccer to be precise - because rugby football you are nowhere. obaaderemi: |
There is more to a car than horsepower and torque - unless you're driving on a straight line The control of the car - turning and all that - are more critical. Unless you're on F1 track or an airport runway. That is why those german or italians cannot enter WRC. They will flip over. It easy to stick a ridiculous engine in the car - but you need special road for that.Look at this Nissan GTR - 1400HP - in kenya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOSOebJCXuk Just30: |
Ignorance is a bliss. WRC Constructor Total Seasons Italy Lancia 10 1974, 1975, 1976, 1983, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 France Citroën 8 2003, 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 France Peugeot 5 1985, 1986, 2000, 2001, 2002 United States/United Kingdom Ford2 4 1979, 2006, 2007, 20173 Japan Toyota 1993, 1994, 1999, 2018 Germany Volkswagen 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 Italy Fiat 3 1977, 1978, 1980 Japan Subaru 1995, 1996, 1997 Germany Audi 2 1982, 1984 South Korea Hyundai 2019, 2020 France Alpine-Renault 1 1973 Japan Mitsubishi 1998 United Kingdom Talbot 1981 Obviously Germans and Europeans make fast cars for Formulae One. Just30: |
Like I said stick to football - soccer - otherwise west africa backwater - clearly this BEYOND your paygrade. Rather than engaging in idle talk - watch the final rally day in Kenya - World Racing rally - understand that first. This like the worldcup for footballhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9QWvYDpOwg obaaderemi: |
Why not come and enter your 30yr old BMW or Ferrari here - and see how long you'll survive - maybe 5kms. Eti Japanese cars are crap - some ignorance is shocking.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9QWvYDpOwg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYC3Ked0FKM |
The madman on his element. Just30: |
Engaging an ignorant madman. There are different motor racing. Formulae 1 kind of racing on special tracks or super bike for 2-cyckles - the Germans are good. WRC - on rough roads - and motor-cross - Japanase are ahead - Toyotas, Mits and Subarus have won more WRC races than anyone else - and Yamaha in motorcross is also good. As for assembling few 30yr old BMWs like Ghana - well let us say it's baby steps. Just30: |
Again bike level Kenya motorcross (bike) competition has been there since ages; it serious; starting from kids; Uganda does have serious bike competition. Ghana NOPE. Stick to football and we will listen - you're good by african standards - but out there - there are so many other sports that you don't even know exist with your limited world view.Uganda are there - Ghana and Nigeria - nope https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EY86dXBgSuE Superbikes? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VD-5PsPMOo Just30: |
Kenya buy more Ferraris and BMWS than both Nigeria and Ghana combined - brand new. They are not for motor racing - the special ones are designed for F1. Those are surban cars. Go to World Motor Racing - WRC - and check the cars there. Dont think those Japanse racing cars are a joke. Again this beyond your brain - understand motor racing in kenya is a proffesional sport - not an idle weekend job. And nobody will enter a Ferrari or BMW in there; it just won't handle the rigorous of the job. If you're looking for Ghana type idle competition on a straight 5km tarmac then maybe it could come close to proper racing car.You need to get at least Subaru WRX STI for starters - and they are cheap - and these is what most kenyans buy - coz of big influence of Safari rally https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RvwXJmWAOE Just30: |
Kenya horse racing - is serious competition done every week. Name it - golf - kenya has world event there. This is not west african backwater whose only sport is soccer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIfUE7n5jEQ |
Roller skating - Kenya is not west africa backwater - whose only sport is Football - soccer - because they cant do even rugby https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wVm0kPk4Tc |
Apart from Froome who learnt biking in kenya and represented kenya - Kenya cycling competition is good by Africa standards Kenya celebrate Chris Froome Toure de France https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mPhOyViGVw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKH2n8FnDpA |
If there is a country likely to get F1 - then its kenya - kids graduating from GP Karting Kenya championship https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujBRxi_sp7Q https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FZDT-5p-vTA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAIai7mgOIc |
