Last year Benin saw a huge drop in their rice exports - 50% drop - and as soon as border is opened - rice smuggling will start.

This thread is 5yrs old now my friend. None of project in first few pages in Nigeria are completed now. Show me one. Kenya projects are completed way before. SGR took 3yrs. Nairobi expressway will be completed this year. There are so many projects that have been done and completed.

Heck if you go to this thread early - and come to now - you can barely recognise Nairobi now.

My free advice to Nigeria - Go to CHINA and Invite their INCREDIBLE CONSTRUCTION MACHINE.

Chinese work day and night - sundays and all holidays - and always deliver on cost and way below time.
