Why has University of Abuja not released admission list for Faculty of Social Sciences during the 2011 Post Graduate admission process?
The admission lists of Faculties of Arts, Law, Education and Sciences were released sometime in 2012 but up till now, we have not heard anything about Social Sciences.
A lot of people have been asking questions, but we are yet to be given adequate information.
What exactly is the problem?
Attached is a letter written by an aggrieved applicant on Thursday, 7th of February 2013 sent to Daily Trust Newspapers with the same title of this post

I would like to use this medium to call on the Minister of Education Prof. Ruqayyatu A. Rufai and the Executive Secretary of National University Commission (NUC) Prof. Julius A. Okojie to as a matter of urgency call the vice- chancellor and the Governing Council of University of Abuja to order.
They should without further delay release our postgraduate admission list of 2011 or refund our monies back to us.
The university advertised in February, 2011 for academic courses. Interested applicants applied, up till date no reasons were given why faculties of Administration and Social-Science admission lists have not been released. Only successful applicants from faculties of Arts and Sciences departments were shortlisted in May 2012, while those of other faculties are groping in the dark. Many of these applicants are frustrated; when questions are asked, nobody in the PG-school seems to give reasonable answers while this silence from the university’s authorities is taking so long. Our Honourable Minister, please you are our last hope, come to our aid.
This is nearly two years since we applied for admissions; if the authorities of University of Abuja are no longer interested in releasing admission lists for these two faculties, you should prevail on them to refund our money.

For a letter that was published since February and nothing has been done till now means that something must be wrong somewhere.
