ur heaven is halfway assured only when u work through ur neighbour. we can only serve God dearly by work..I.e, showing God that we love Him through our neighbour......this work was explicitly pointed out in the bible when Jesus asked the rich man to sell his possessions and give the money to the poor(math 19 vs 16) and also it was cited in (math 25 vs 31) that during judgement we shall be asked these....I was hungry but u didn't give me food, was naked u didn't clothe me and so on. Remember the whole commandments are summed up in two sentences: love ur God and love ur neighbour as urself. Also saint Paul said"if I have all the gifts and have not love, then I am just like a clanging cymbal that makes the loudest noise".

True christianity is and should be achieved through the service of our neighbour. and may God help us and grant us the grace to serve him through our neighbour.

Remember to pray always too. But don't forget to reach out to your neighbour through prayer, financially, physically, kind words etc.....we shall be judged mostly on how we treated our neighbour while on earth and not how many times you gave tithe, or prayed or fasted.
