PoliticsRe: SANUSI Coronation: Is CBN Not Mourning It's Staff? by sadyeek(m): 10:49pm On Jun 09, 2012
the OP is obviously a hater!!

This ceremony has nothing to do with CBN. Except for the fact that is of their leader, apart from that its a private event, in a way if I may say.

This ceremony is for sanusi as a an important person, dignitory. But not as CBN gov.

Allahu akbar, wow! How time flies.. I remember the day!

Don't you wonder what nigeria would be like today if he was still alive, I seroisly doubt there would be corrouption to this outragious scale. Obvously, infrastructure would be better, military would have been stronger. Most importantly no boko haram, militants, kidnaping for ransom, no spiradic assu strikes etc

I believe nigeria would have been much developed and better, but this is my own opinion.

FamilyRe: Names You Can Never Give Your Child? by sadyeek(m): 9:06am On Jun 08, 2012
DaraAlina: That's another name that people shouldn't be burden too.. It's too much to live up too... What happens if "Mary" isn't so like "Mary" ?
people name their children
Isa(jesus) they don't expect them to walk on water or raise someone from the dead.
Muhammad
Musa(moses)
Ibrahim(abraham)
Adam
Sulaiman(solomon)
Yusuf(joseph)
Hauwa(eve)

But they don't expect them to literally be like the original owners of the name. We try to like like they did, follow their footsteps but never can we be like them. So change that your ideology and name your kid one of this lovely names.

FamilyRe: Names You Can Never Give Your Child? by sadyeek(m): 2:10pm On Jun 07, 2012
DaraAlina: Growing up here in the states... I suggest your child name shouldn't embrace any of these things :

Colors ( Blue, Ivy, Magenta) I don't care if Beyonce and Jay-Z did it

Food (Kobe, Muffin, Apple) So what the basketball billionaire and Gwenth Paltrow have the nerve ?

Liquor ( Alize, Chardonnay ) The child's name shouldn't sound like a stripper's name ...

Cars ( Mercedes, Lexus)... It gives people a sense that you didn't have no social awarness

Animals ( Puma, Jaguar, Tiger, Deer) ... That's abuse okay !!!

Numbers ( Seven, Six ) I actually came across names like this too.. you're not Erykah Badu

A Actual Name of a City ( Brooklyn, Paris, Asia, China, America ).. Sad but funny I have a cousin name Nigeria.. I might let that slide ... wink wink wink

Clothing Brands ( Christian Dior, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuittion) Should I even elaborate ? !!!

Emotional Feelings ( Innocent, Happy, Delightful, Delicious) I would personally slap the parent silly !!!

Adjective, Verb or Adverb that can be used for mockery ( Smart, Knowledge or Serenity etc...) What happens if the child does the opposite

MOST OF ALL DON'T NAME YOUR CHILD -------> JESUS !!!!... It's too much to live up too... I love Jesus but there is only one and let him be it !!! Yes Indeed !!!
what about seasons
I like summer and autum.. Lovely

Months to are nice
April(only this one)

Fruits

SimonAndal: No Nigerian name, that's for sure. If I had a say in the matter, my 'rents wouldn't've given me a local (Igbo/Nigerian) name, seeing as they both have English names. :-C
I like these names (they sound exotic):
Stefan
Lucian
Maximillan
André
Alexei
Yugo
Yuri
Alistair
why is it only male names, I kind of like your taste though.. But they are a lil bit far fetched and extreem.. I love unique names too..

Akainzo: This is bonkum. The foreign stations do not have access to Dana Airlines maintenance records, so how would they have know??
Are station managers more knowledgeable about planes than the pilots flying them, or the engineers working on them?

We should desist from spreading false stories! And this should NOT have made Front Page news seeing that only 1 post is there or are you using your powers as a moderator to propagate this falsehood?
most of the pilots that fly this planes are not Nigerians.. this could be false, God only knows.. but the bottom line is that the planes used in Nigeria are definitely not up to the standards. that no can deny.

Discover a problem, solve that problem and money starts pumping into ur acc. Just dont think of travle, the economy of the western world is in total downward swing. My guys its not easy outside here at all. The whole world now depends on Africa for survival. So ,if u r still in Africa, pls stay put nd find ground where u can match. There r more destitutes in NYC than our dear Lagos if u don know.

Naija is the destination (162m people)good mkt for anything u can think of
