All because you eat boko haram beans. Seriouslyhuh??
You wouldn't be typing if truly it was BH beans.

I ate beans some days back, considering how I don't eat beans often, it was beans that has been in the house for more than a month but it ran my stomach. Am I soppose to belive now that it was BH beans??

If the whole of PH was police then I will be worried but till then I see no reason to be paranoid.

Again just my thoughts.

Now, will someone tell me why BH would want to do something like this??
Even In maiduguri that they have home advantage, they don't hardly kill normal people. They mostly go after politicians and police, even military I don't think they target. Talk more of normal people in far far PH that are hundreds of KM away and have no issues with them,

Let's take a minute and analyse,

WORD!!
Bolded-Seconded! Difference between him and Bush right now to me seems to be in skin colour and political party. I remeber 1 of his campaing promises was to take thr troops out of Iraq, instead, he´s gone into another war.

@ Tony_450: "He was the one that threatened to level Benghazi in the first place before" Did he actually carry out the threat? Assad is KILLING his people and all they are doing is calling for him to stop and banning oil imports and bla bla bla? How many times did they call on Ghadaffi to step down? And i am yet to see video evidence of Ghaddaffi killing his people pro Nato invasion. Any link but the biased Aljazeera and Western media that are probably highly censored would clarify the doubts i have.
P.S - I´m not Pro-Ghaddaffi, i don´t like his greed for power buthe´s done so many good things for His people & i dont like the way he`s being vilified.  If the  Libyan people decide this is the best for them, its their choice.
So much for democracy ai, how many Americans and British people were calling on their President and Prime Minister respectively to solve their problems back home and not go into any war, did they listen? Is this the freedom of speech that the Libyan people desperately want? Why haven´t ICC issued arrest warrants for Bush and Blair for the people killed when no WMD were found?
Time will reveal NATO´s true movtive sha. The truth cannot be supressed forever.
On point!

Just so sad, Well, I guess one never really knows how good he has it til he has lost it.

One i know is that 80% of  Libyans, want  Gaddafi out, and what the  Libyans do with western countries is their business.
I belive this is just wester media figures, which is far from the reality on ground. Just like how uncle jonah say single digit infflation stats while if u enter market. E don nearly enter tripple figures. Lol! (Hypotetically)

So because  Gaddafi is giving Libyans free this free that.

Then  Gaddafi should be allowed to rule forever.
What else ccould they want again? Be honest, if you could get thoes things in nigeria wouldn't you want the person to be there for 100years?

I feel for Libya.

Obviously the peace could possibly never come, loyalist of Qaddafi would be bitter.
Rebels, thugs ruling a country! How??

Its just so sad!

How can rebels be supported, armed with fire power, funds  and intelligence and what have you? It sounds absolutely ridiculous. Yet no body sees anything wrong with it?

Please NATO after Libya, come to Nigeria next arm and finance MEND so that they take over the country and people who have been sent back home from various countries around the world for disorderly conduct, can rule us to a better state and annihilate corroption

Just imagine what Nigeria would look like in that scenario, apply it to post Qaddafi Libya.

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Warns Ministers To Cooperate With Okonjo-iweala Or Get Sacked by sadyeek(m): 7:13am On Aug 21, 2011
He's giving her too much power, which as a result would cloud her judgments. It doesn't help that she's a woman also.

A better way would have been, " I and Okonjo-Iweala are going to be working on bebuilding this economy and take her thoughts into consideration. If however she comes up with a positive idea that would help the economy which I(GEJ) happen to find it good. However, if any minister does not have a better reason for disagreeing WITH ME would be sanctioned."

Nobody would oppose her now, even if her idea is a bad one,

Let's also not forget that she's human and not a robot, machine whatever you want to call it, she's als prone to mistakes and not perfect.

PoliticsRe: President Goodluck Jonathan Takes Credit For Single Digit Inflation Rate by sadyeek(m): 6:38am On Aug 21, 2011
To be honesy, I seriously regret my support of this very lame-brained president. Jonathan has got to be the most clueless president ever. He does not even approach issues with the urgency and seriousness they deserve, he is more concerned with PR and mending his already weak personality than face the problems head-on.
Like exactly what were the parameters used to arrive at the single digit inflation, crude oil sales? Apparently, that claim is either a gross distortion of the truth or the aforementioned parameter was his guide to arriving at such a ridiculous claim. The reality is that, there is no reflection of such a claim in our everyday life unless that was said to serve as a placebo, on the contrary, it is a common knowledge that prices of goods and services are at all time high.
The problem here is that we have a president who lacks the mental capacity to understand the submissions of his ministers, they(ministers) know that and are capitalizing on it. GEJ is neither cerebral or charismatic, he is more of say this sir, say that sir. . .he is not in the league of the Obamas, Sarkozy or even the Ghanaian president. It is a pity! Nigerians deserve better!
He hasn't even spent 6months in office as elected president and already your regreting? I laaff in spanish.
Well, we're all in it now and we still have 3+ years of this fresh air.[s] I Just wonder how people lungs go be by the end of the 4 possibly 6 years of fress air?[/s]

I remember when people said he was not elected into office that's why he was slow not preforming, give him a chance etc. Just imagine exuses.

It is so sad, that people still think the man is still the best choice and still needs to be given more time to settle in. I wonder how long its going to take them to wake up fromm their slumber?

How can you say 'good job' when security is at an all time lowest, when you buy things you bought a few months or weeks erlier 2x the price,  when electricity is bad that it affects your personal level of productivity not to talk of businesses or the country? How people HOW!?

We all just need to keep praying, for nigeria  for uncle jonah and pray for a better replacement.

PoliticsRe: Nigerian Bomb Material Supplier Arrested - Police by sadyeek(m): 11:50am On Aug 20, 2011
You need to adjust the ideas from 24 to what obtains on the ground in Nigeria. In the West, your neighbour (whose name you couldn't be bothered to know) in a block of flats could be dead for weeks and you only call the emergency services, because of the smell.
The West is a very individual place where stakeouts of such a shop might be needed, cos the shopkeeper can rightly claim not to have a clue who or where his customers come from.
That is a situation that's totally impossible in Nigeria, the shopkeeper is sure to know his customers, especially those whose shopping tended to coincide with bomb blasts. In Nigeria, the shopkeeper is bound to know who bought stuff from him, down to where they claim to live. Everybody knows the other, even if its just for tafia reasons.

Another good reason for arresting the shopkeeper would be to preserve his life, because boko haram will surely kill him if they can. He is no doubt, a very valuable witness indeed.

As for oyb who says aluminum powder isn't a suspicious purchase. He's at his typically daft best; aluminum powder is one of the most incendiary materials known to man. It is used as a component for rocket engine fuel, the thermite process (for cutting steel), stun grenades and several other typres of explosives. oyb is always in a rush to say anything to oppose the govt, even if its very daft or very dangerous.

All in all, the arrest of a chemical supplier is a very good development.
I don't agree with some of your point.

I don't mean they should they should photocopy what goes on on 24 and apply it and expect it to work. NO!
They could have met wit him in private, tell him "see O! This is what our investigation produced, lead us back to you" then offer his Xmillion naira, considering how nigerians would do a lot for money and a pardon signed my maybe attorney general or uncle jonah. For them to stake out his shop and when ever the people return, gbam!

Not everybody knows his costumers. Even if he knew them doesn't mean he knows their names and addresses.
I have this place were I go to buy accessories for my PC, the guy know me as a customer but has no idea what my name is, even you put a gun to his head. Talkmore of my add.

They should have tried to get more before arrest or at least before publicising it.

Just my own thoughts sha!
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Bomb Material Supplier Arrested - Police by sadyeek(m): 7:53am On Aug 20, 2011
You guys are just shouting 'good news' HOW?? Are this detectives trained well at all? Even without training just watching shows like 24 should give them an idea of what to do in such situation. HABA.

Its very obvious, stake out the place and when they come around for resupply then they strike and take them out.

Arresting the man would just make them change their purchase location, I doubt if he's going to be able to provide them with much information or leads.

This news and development Shouldn't have been made public, till when. The organisation had been infiltrated and the sponsors were caught.
A simple example is how the USA killed OSAMA. Its all about intelligence.

I only hope they step up their game.

am yet to come across a norther Muslim who has condemned this sect. You see the average northern Muslim is passionate about Jihad to the point of obsession. From childhood through almajiri training through university they have been programed to believe in Jihad andhave always had a divisive view of the country- us against them infidels.
I don't think so. I think they are going about it the wrong way!

Also, of recent it came as know suprise to me to see prominent northern figures calling for dialogue with these terrorist. Even a serving Governor and an ex-Governor (now serving senator) have publicly apologised to the sect. So you see the north with its history of secular riots, sharia alienation, biafra, etc haven't given the rest of the country confidence to believe we are one nation. For years the U.S. government had been monitoring certain individuals lecturing in major universities in the north. Their lecture series deviate from whatever course they were supposed to be rendering to anti-Zionist and anti-western beliefs.
When the U.S. labelled Nigeria a terrorist hub most people condemned the label only for the likes of abdull-mutallab to appear. The likes of which highlighted the true demograph of terror from the north.

Do u really blame them?? BH can kill them, as they have done to some politicians in maiduguri.
