Good afternoon.. I know most of y'all have seen and commented on this thread plus this particular thread is not getting the views and facts it should... mostly bashers plus it's an old thread

I have seen most comments blaming the men for prostitution and I think it's an actual fact., I mean that's true to some extent.

Meanwhile, I think girls from poor home should be allowed to do whatever they want to do to survive while in campus without condemning them.. I'll have to explain this..
While in school, I've seen poor religious and decent girls drop out of school just because they don't want to get involved in it and I have also seen girls with numerous sugar daddies graduate with flying colors and even working through connections they got from those men.

I think prostitution is really bad when you have the vital things to survive and you're into it because you want to slay or when you have a supportive parent that are capable, but you're not satisfied with what they provide for you.

As a girl from a poor home, I knew what I passed through in school till I decided to have sugar daddies after 4 failed attempts of starting a petty businesses, things became alot easier ... Currently, I'm doing so fine and earning money on my own without sugar daddies..

Please leave these girls alone, times are hard so Is life

Ain't you the model in Uyo again?

By Oluwatosin Alex

The Governor-Elect of Taraba state, Dr. Agbu Kefas has sent a felicitation message to Muslims in the state as they mark the beginning of their Ramadan fasting today Thursday, 23rd Of March, 2023.

In a statement from his office earlier this morning, Dr. Agbu Kefas prayed that the act of fasting, prayers and almsgiving bear fruit and bring peace into the lives of the Muslims as they embark on the spiritual exercise.

He noted that fasting, as a sacred spiritual exercise, is one of the five pillars of Islam and is meant to remind Muslims of the less fortunate and to reinforce the need to be thankful. Therefore, He called on Muslims to ensure they stick to the essence of fasting by remembering the less privileged in the society just as it is stipulated in the Holy Quran.

Furthermore, Dr. Agbu Kefas reiterated his promise to run an all-inclusive government, while assuring the Muslim communities of his commitment to their course.

‘’ With the sighting of the crescent moon, the holy month of Ramadan commences.

’’I extend my heartfelt wishes to the Muslim community in Taraba and Nigeria as a whole, for a blessed Ramadan. May the act of fasting, prayers, and almsgiving bear fruit in your lives, bringing peace and prosperity to you and your loved ones.’’

‘’Fasting is a sacred spiritual exercise and one of the five pillars of Islam; it is meant to remind Muslims of the less fortunate and to reinforce the need to be thankful. I want to urge us not to forget the less privileged in the society during this season.’’

‘’My promise to run an all-inclusive government remains intact and I want to remind you once again that I remain committed to the course of the Muslim communities in Taraba.’’

‘’May God bless and strengthen you all during this holy month as we engage in fasting and prayer.’’

congratulations to kefas

He lost because Mrs. Briggs refused to collect 30million that was offered to her by the PDP to alter the result. The Port Harcourt Federal Constituency 2, LP still won it but it was altered for the PDP.

In Obio/Akpor even Kingsley Chinda lost in his community of Elelenwo to LP party. And lost in Obio/Akpor entirely. Even Wike lost his polling boot on the presidential election to Obi. But the outcome was changed.

Really?
Concerning O. K Chinda, I was in Elelenwo that day, O. K Chinda won it with a wide margin.

If the Presidential and National Assembly elections in Rivers state has been allowed to reflect the wishes of the people, PDP would not have won any senatorial seat nor even House of Reps seats in Rivers state. I am from Rivers State and I was marveled at the herd mentality in which Obidients and Rivers people voted on that day.

That is why I implore LP to challenge the senatorial and House of Reps seats in Rivers state.

Chima Boms of PDP lost Port Harcourt Federal constituency 1 to Labour party.
Port Harcourt constituency 2 Was declared inconclusive, we await further information from INEC.

FUBARA DEDICATES VICTORY TO RIVERS UNITY:

...Beats closest rival with 302,614 votes.

Rivers state governor-elect, Sir Siminalayi Fubara on Monday, March 20, 2023 dedicated his victory at the March 18 governorship polls to the unity of Rivers people.

Sir Fubara noted that the determination of the people to sustain development gave him the victory as he described the giant strides of Gov. Nyesom Wike as a big shoe that he would learn to wear.

The governor-elect assured Rivers people of sustaining the tempo for the betterment of the state, adding that he is prepared to work with Rivers people who believe in the new Rivers vision and with innovative ideas.

He commended Gov. Nyesom Wike for his encouragement and found him worthy to carry on from where he will stop describing it as a great privilege, and further glorified God as the foundation of his accomplishments in life.

He assured the party leaders and Rivers people that he will not let them down but work in same spirit that has been passed on to him by Gov. Wike.

Fubara had beaten his closest rivals with 302,614 votes while Tonye Cole of APC and Magnus Abe of SDP trailed behind with 95,274 and 46,981 respectively.

In the same vein, the People's Democratic Party swept all the state house assembly seats except for Ahoada West that is pending a rerun in some wards.
