https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FasFMSwVoE

Nollywood most notorious bachelor, Mawuli Gavor, has broken millions of hearts after announcing that he is not only officially off the market but also expecting his first child with his secret wife, Remya Gavor. Sharing the exciting news on March 22, 2023, on the occasion of his birthday, the handsome Ghanaian actor, who would easily pass as a greek god, posted beautiful photos from their maternity shoot with his wife protruding belly doing some of the talking.

Remya was not left out. The Indian-Australian beauty also took to her Instagram page, which now carries the actor's name to share the good news with fans. Posting photos from the maternity shoot, Mrs Gavor revealed that she created magic with her handsome husband.

Indeed, children are a gift from God and definitely something to be celebrated. But since the good news went viral, it's been met with shock and mixed reactions from all angles. In one corner, celebrities have congratulated the delectable tv personality and his wife. But not female fans of the actor who find him attractive and certainly not BBNaija fans who have started mocking Diane Russet and CeeC for thinking they ever stood a chance with the Ghanaian star actor.

Has screen god Mawuli Gavor indeed disappointed his female fans?

I don't know why a lot of people don't see this for what it is: a misplace priority, that's if at all it was a priority in the first place.

How does a candidate be bold enough to campaign with this idea and supposedly sane persons voted for him. We don't ask questions, sincerely. So they think that it's going to happen by the governor waving a magic wand or pronouncing that prices of drinks be reduced during Happy Hour. Lolz

For their information, this is going to be budgeted for and paid with tax payers' money. It's just another subsidy scam in the pipeline.

Questions that need answers:
Who's going to determine how many bottles were consumed throughout the state in a weekend's happy hour?

Who'll decide how many bottles should be subsidized?

Who'll monitor the bars to ensure that the subsidized quantity they were allocated gets to the people and not highjacked?

... And many more...

People shouldn't complain when they do not see infrastructural development or the government not performing their statutory duties to the people. Well, the government has already opened up a conduit pipe for their looting, even before entering government. I wish them all the very best in Akwa-Ibom

Politics › Re: Amaechi: The Fall Of Overrated Child Of Entitlement by sageb: 8:27pm On Mar 26, 2023
SendoSendal:
By Dagogo West-George
So after all the hype as the “Lion of Ubima” in the past eight years, Rotimi Amaechi will end up as a rain-beaten kitten at the twilight of the Buhari administration. True, that little feline is known to be at its most disoriented condition when its luminous eyeballs are, for instance, caught in the headlights of an approaching vehicle. At that critical moment, its vulnerability is stripped bare, often grounded in helplessness, unable to haul itself from possible annihilation.
After the crushing electoral defeat of his puppet Tonye Cole in Rivers last weekend, we saw Amaechi in that helpless kitten moment. His congenital lack of grace shone forth. He grew venomous and unguarded. He equated his electoral humiliation by Nyesom Wike as yet another evidence of “leadership failure” across the country. He described President Muhammadu Buhari as “a failure” who retained Professor Mamoud Yakubu as INEC chairman despite the “objection of some of us”.

Like the proverbial canary, Amaechi literally sang while fielding questions from a battery of reporters who sought his view after the electoral umpire declared him loser for the third time in his deluded aspiration to be crowned as the monarch of Rivers politics — first in 2015, then 2019 and 2023. In other words, he has lost elections in Rivers in three election cycles, back to back. What a pity!

But truth be told, Amaechi, like a punch-drunk boxer, has not healed from the trauma of losing his biggest dream: APC presidential ticket last year. He had been assured by his political witchdoctors to be the “khalifa” (heir apparent). He even went to Daura, Buhari’s hometown, to “chop” a chieftaincy as “Amana” (The Trusted One). But all the gaudy costumes counted for nothing when APC delegates eventually gathered at the Eagles Square last year to pick the flag-bearer.

Unable to to conceal his malicious animosity for the man who humbled him at the APC primaries (Asiwaju Bola Tinubu), grumpy Amaechi resorted to the fallacy of ad hominem. But he only sounded confused and pathetic. One, he said Yakubu’s appointment was influenced by someone close to Tinubu, as if the law says whoever becomes INEC chairman must be an extra-terrestrial being who’ll be unrelated or unknown to anyone. But it is a cheap lie by a frustrated man. In any case, the same Yakubu was INEC chair in 2019 when Amaechi, as “super“ Transport Minister, appointed himself the Director General of Buhari Campaign. So, why didn’t Amaechi object then if truly he is a “principled man” he wants us to see now? It is the antic of a conflicted man.

Of course, those weaned on the diet of iniquity are often the ones who view others by the low standard they were nurtured. Amaechi thinks everyone is like him who operates in a universe of low ethics. Tonye Cole, the man he was packaging to become Rivers governor in 2023, is widely known to be his “business partner”. Already, Wike is hunting both of them for sundry “sins”. Once upon a time, Rivers owned a gas turbine. It was built by Dr Peter Odili. Like the biblical Prodigal Child (what the Yoruba call “akotileta” or “Omo oni na kuna”), Amaechi allegedly sold the state asset for a whopping $370m to Sahara Energy owned by Tonye Cole towards the end of his second term. But Wike claims what was left in the state account he met in 2015 was only a little over mere $100,000! This is just one of the grave charges preferred against Amaechi and Cole before a Rivers court in an ongoing suit.

Now, in Amaechi’s worldview, that Yakubu worked as Executive Secretary of TETFUND when Wike was Minister of State (Education) was enough reason to suspect him of bias for Rivers PDP against his anointed in APC colours. But wait a minute — Tinubu is APC. So, is Amaechi also suggesting that Yakubu is promiscuous: bedding PDP and APC concurrently? Of course, that is the logic of a confused man.

That Amaechi has suddenly turned against Buhari, the man who was generous to him by allocating him a “juicy” portfolio for seven uninterrupted years, did not come as a surprise to those who have followed his career as “government pikin” in the last twenty-four years. He suffers from what psychologists call entitlement mentality. The same Buhari he now abuses recklessly had also indulged him by turning a blind eye when Amaechi went around Rivers State for seven years as Transport with truckloads of soldiers, bigger than the contingent a President travels with. Well, maybe his anger started when Buhari refused to grant his prayers to return as Transport Minister after he lost at the APC presidential primaries in June 2022. The story is told that he desperately begged for a reappointment. But in vain did he grovel.

In Buhari’s first term, Amaechi virtually hijacked all the keys positions zoned to the South-South. He handpicked NNDC Chairman, heads of NIMASA and NPA etc. He obviously expected to inherit the presidency after Buhari. As we know, when spoilt brats don’t get what covet, they instinctively resort to tantrums. After May 29, Buhari should brace for worse invectives from the spoilt upstart from Ubima. Here is a guy who has not done anything else in life other than contesting elections and growing a big tummy from public trough.

He did even worse to the man who gave him a headstart early in life: Peter Odili. For the eight years he was imperial governor of Rivers, Amaechi humiliated his erstwhile “godfather”, creating a hostile climate that banished Odili to virtual exile in Abuja throughout! Yet, the same man had supported him through Rivers university and gave him his first job as admin officer at PAMO Clinic, Port Harcourt. So much that he also met his future wife, Judith, as PAMO Clinic. The lady was an assistant to Justice (Mrs) Mary Odili.

In 1999, Odili it was who bought Amaechi form to stand in the election for Rivers State Assembly. The former not only won the governorship polls but also lifted his protege to victory, smoothed his way to become Speaker for eight years. In 2007, the then outgoing Rivers governor also arranged Amaechi’s selection as PDP governorship candidate, only to be overruled by Obasanjo. The option left for Odili was to pick Amaechi’s relation (Celestine Omehia). Odili had naively assumed that would serve as “consolation” to his beloved boy, since Obasanjo literally held the yam and the knife as PDP’s Alfa and Omega.

Well, maybe Odili’s crime was his ignorance of an existing family feud between Amaechi and Omehia, his cousin. As Speaker, the “Lion of Ubima” had allegedly caused the arrest and detention of Omehia’s dad. The old man didn’t survive the trauma of detention as he died shortly afterwards. Who dared offend the almighty Speaker again? So, making Omehia candidate was too much a slight for Amaechi to bear. Nothing had been forgotten. Nothing forgiven. No mercy.

In one word, Amaechi would not be mollified by the Omehia substitution. Once he managed to get the Supreme Court to award him Rivers governorship on October 25, 2007 even though he didn’t campaign nor vote in the election, he launched a vicious reprisal against Odili. But come 2015, Karma dramatically appeared at Amaechi’s doorstep in Wike’s image.

While he was Rivers governor for eight years, egoistic Amaechi behaved like Hitler to those around him. His SSG, Magnus Abe, was humiliated right in his home. When rumour started swirling that the latter was nursing a 2015 ambition, according to Abe himself, Amaechi stormed his home one night and growled at him, “You can’t be governor!”, right before his (Abe’s) wife. His overbearing attitude also drove Wike, his Chief of Staff, to the bossom of President Goodluck Jonathan who made him minister and thus afforded him an escape to Abuja in 2010. When Ibim Seminatari bruised his elephantine ego later in the Buhari administration, he orchestrated her removal as NNDC chairman.

In 2015, Dakuku Peterside was the apple of his eyes. So, he made him APC governorship candidate and when he lost, influenced his appointment as NIMASA MD. But once he felt his protege was growing too popular in Port Harcourt, Amaechi promptly clipped his wings by ensuring his tenure was not renewed in 2019. As for the governorship, he had found a new lackey in Tonye Cole.

An Igbo saying goes thus: he whose palm kernel was cracked by benevolent gods should not forget to be humble. Indeed, before fortune smiled on him in 1999, Amaechi was a nameless guy in Rivers. While his star shone, he was full of arrogance. Sadly, twenty four years later, the erstwhile roaring “lion of Ubima” is now castrated politically and seems fated to fall down to political wilderness. A big lesson for others.

• West-George, a public affairs analyst, wrote from Buguma, Rivers State.

I have trekked from Ughelli to Agbarho 2018 in Delta State, i was not mad, i was only trying to end it, end my life. That night i met the kind of people i know i will never meet again.

All along my trekking experience that midnight i was praying to the devil to take advantage of me and bring the worst kind of accident that will end it. While i was still praying i met a group of guys who happened to be pushing their spoilt bike to Beta Glass PLC where they have a friend to keep it for them till the next day. I joined to assist them and this will be around 11:30 pm. In the process of we pushing the bike we started discussing and i was quick to tell them how nasty my life was and why i wanted to end it all.

Please, i don't want to tell the story but few months later and now i am still begging God to forgive my attempt to end it all. Little did i know what was in stock for me. Like i look back and felt so bad i would have ended my life thereby aborting the kind of life i enjoyed today.

Proper hygiene is key.

Let her keep it hair free waxed or laser. Laser is even better completely hair free. Best investment ever.

She shouldn’t use soap down there it will only upset the ph balance. But she should definitely keeps the surrounding clean, in between the labia. Let her get dove baby wash just for that but only for in between the labia not the vaginal itself the vaginal only water will do.

Also let her wash with water every time she use the toilet, not toilet roll, actual water to always keep it fresh.

Let her also keeps it moisturised with nice body butter mix with almond oil it smell great. Treat the kitten like you would treat your face, delicate and with proper care.

Twice a day bathing no compromise, like minimum.

Last but not least let her drink chlorophyll, like literally she wouldn’t have one body odour she will smell like water like nothing no joke.

This is my routine and my man wonders how come I don’t smell like at all at all, not even after a gym session.

Women have to take hygiene very seriously, smelling good is even better to me than even looking good.

If none of these works then she may have an infection and she needs to be checked.

lolanews:
BINANI: How The Desire And Power Of A Woman Beckons Bloodbath In Adamawa

By: Mu'azu Aliyu Isa

The 2023 Governorship election of Adamawa state has become a world centre of attraction. It is now a debacle of power tussle between the incumbent Governor, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and Senator Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru (Binani), Senator Representing Adamawa Central whose gross desire is to become the next Governor of the state.

Ahmadu is facing the blue ruin battle with a fierce desperation of Binani who seems to be powerful influencing the conduct and the process of the governorship election. The 18th March Governorship polls during Local Government results collation was the beginning of brewed political uproar when opponents discovered chances of winning or losing out of the contest.

Binani began to fly a kite by concocting believe to be a ballots boxes stuffing using unsubmitted Fofure Local Government results where over thirty one thousands votes was recorded in her favor. The imaginary votes threw confusion in the election process as people from all works of life began to congratulate Binani as the first female Governor in the history of Nigeria, including the international community.

How can Binani being a contestant be given the contract to print INEC sensitive papers in the same Adamawa State by so doing Binani has clearly indicated that she has no moral standing to lead the State.

On declaring an inconclusive election announcing the results from the twenty one local government by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) returning officer, professor Mohammed Mele who said that the winner could not emerge because the number of collected Permanent Voter Cards PVC in 69 polling units elections were not hold and the canceled figures are higher than the winning margin of 31,250 polled by Fintiri.

INEC released official documents on the affected 69 polling units which is a total of 41,796 registered voters, but that only 37,016 collected their PVCs which is more than the margin between Fintiri and Binnani. The result properly indicated that Governor Fintiri scored 421,524 votes, senator Binnani got 390,274 votes in the 21 local governments of Adamawa state. It shows Fintiri is leading with over 31,250.

The question is that why Binani's penchant desperation to be the next Governor of Adamawa State? Why changing the facts and figures? Why the noise and the feminine support by women outside Adamawa state? What is the interest of women like Paulen Tallen? Are tenets of democracy no longer sacrosanct of the winner through the popular majority or minority gets it all?

We speaking as concerned Nigerians who are indigenes of Adamawa State and followed the political trend of event. My eagle and sparrows eyes on the two leading contestants (Fintiri and Binani) one can easily understand that Binani's disposition and penchant desire to be the next Governor of Adamawa has placed the state to sit on a time bomb. She is wielding out power, influence and affluence by making it to look as if she must be the Governor of Adamawa state at all cost.

Adamawa is sitting on a gun powder because the Binani ungodly desire is infuriating the common Man whose votes have already counted for a winner to emerge. The state is known to be a peaceful and labeled as the Land of Beauty. If care is not taken and urgent attention is not given to peace. It is going to be first in history that most likely a massive destruction of lives and properties will befall the people of Adamawa state because of the desire and power of a Woman.

One of the annoying part of her game is the fact that Pauline Kedem Tallen the supposed Minister of Women affairs and social development ought to be neutral and play the role of a Mother to everyone, but has failed woefully.

We in Adamawa cannot allowed someone from Plateau State to come and ruin our beautiful state. This same Woman that her own state of origin, Plateau was a Female Deputy Governor in 2007 who was removed from office. If was that good, she couldn’t have been removed as the female deputy Governor of her state and when she contested as the governor of Plateau State, she failed in totality.

Probably Mrs Tallen attention should be drawn on few issues that her desires for Binani to be Governor by crook way it is the cancer cropping her morality. Is she aware that Binani never won the election? Why is she shouting victory and congratulating her? Why is Tallen, been a former deputy Governor and present Minister of Women Affairs of the Federal Republic be preaching what is capable of shedding blood in Adamawa State? We advise Tallen to go back to the drawing board and allow morality to be her guide.

Tallen wishful thoughts for Binani by giving her graveyard courage is now boiling our dear state. Adamawa is sitting on time bomb and on gun powder which will explore in a sooner moment if stakeholders on political peace and violence have turn to be onlookers without meddling into the current situation of Adamawa politics.

Their firmed decision to push Binani by all means is geared toward carnage of destruction. Is it bloodbath that Binani and Tallen desire for the people of Adamawa State? Why can't she strength the capacity of women to win elective positions in Nigeria. May we draw the attention of our honourable minister that under her watch the position of the women in National Assembly dropped drastically.

What we are saying here today is that only Fairness and justice are what will save Adamawa state from the claws of crisis. Because of the simple fact that Binani didn't win the election, Tallen is using the APC might of leadership to impose her own people. INEC through the Binani's influence want to compromise and perfect rigging plans for Binani by changing the canceled units to favor her.

The desperation signs displayed by Binani is to the hearing and seeing of all. In her Fulfulde native language, she reiterated the word "Wujja Wujja". Meaning she will battle the seat of power even if it means her to steal. This portends grave danger especially to democracy and good governance.

The leaked audio conversation where the REC, Barrister Hudu Yunusa coerced the Fufore Collation Officer to manipulate the outcome of the elections was admitted by the REC, it is a crime that no sane society should overlook or remain silent. Also in clarity terms Binani displayed contempt for the people of Adamawa State and their democratic rights, further shows her contempt for INEC, which she feels she has in her hand bag.

Worsening the situation, Binani got INEC to dance to her tune as rumour has it that the units to conduct a rerun election have increased from 69 to 77 polling units spread across affected Local Government areas. This is something we believe is against the electoral act and violate the entire electoral process.
May we plead with some of our female activists to please concentrate more on developing strategies that will encourage and aid women to win elective positions.

May we draw the attention of the local and international community that Binani is never the winner of Adamawa Governorship election according to the results announced by INEC. She has never win and can never win even on the coming rerun because the anger of the electorate have been candled against her, by using the power of APC agenda to win the election. To impose her, will no doubt lead to stiff resistance because the end will not be palatable.

May I also put it on record Binani can't win the election because she falled out with the electorates. Let it be known, in her unit, Kofar Mahmud Ribadu (06) she lost out to PDP. Her Bamoi ward of Yola South Local Government she also woefully failed. Then one will want to ask why is her political strength? She can't control her political base talk more of winning the rerun election. However they choose to play the game in her favor

May we also say Women all over the world should not believe the wrong the narrative propagating around, that their fellow woman has won the election. Yes if truly Binani is the winner or she is even close to winning the polls is a fact base context that all should support. For God sake, she is not the winner, no one was declared to have won. The only fact of the matter is that Fintiri is leading with over 31, 250 votes.

As it stand, it's a fight to finish, a dogma clash of interest between the two hefty Lion and Lioness that will end up in destruction of innocent people if care is not taken.

It is a clarion call to all gladiators, men and women who God has placed in the position of authority to please join hands in saving Adamawa state because the desire and the power of woman is about rocking down the state as carnage and bloodbath beckons.

Mu'azu Aliyu Isa, an indigene of Fofure LGA wrote this piece from Ajiya Ward, Yola North LG Adamawa State.
Binani is so desperate but Fintiri will win the rerun
Celebrities › Re: How Basketmouth ‘betrayed’ Me In 2006” – Comedian, AY Opens Up On D Beef by sageb: 8:27pm On Mar 25, 2023
Marydjane:
There has been a long lasting beef between Comedian AY and Comedian Basketmouth and this feud has lasted for years.

AY, well-known Nigerian comedian and actor, has revealed the origin of his longstanding feud with fellow comedian, Basketmouth.

In 2022, AY made comments about Basketmouth’s “uncontrollable superiority complex” and “incessant childishness,” which he further explained in a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.

AY disclosed that his disagreement with Basketmouth began in 2006 when he filled in for Basketmouth at an event and was supposed to be paid N30,000.

However, Basketmouth lied to him, claiming that the event host was dissatisfied with his work to avoid paying him.

“In 2006, (Basketmouth) usually will get gigs like weddings - multiple gigs on a Saturday, maybe 2/3 weddings. So what he used to do at that point in time was to attend one, then at a point, leave the venue and catch up in the other venue and then you will need someone else to stand in for you. That was the opportunity I got from him of which I am very appreciative of till date.

“Now, Something funny happened. One of the gigs per say, I got his endorsement to go stand in. Usually what we get at that time is N30,000 and 30,000 at that time was everything to me. 30,000 would buy me my pack of indomie, recharge cards, fuel for my ‘I better pass my neighbor’ generator and then opportunity to pay just one or two people to join me to do one or two skits that I can just quickly put out.

“I got this job and the people weren’t too happy to see me around the venue because they were expecting a Basketmouth to come. Long story short, the guy was later happy after the performance. There was an exchange of contacts. Then I left.

“Two weeks running, I haven’t seen 30k.
Because I didn’t see the 30k, and I was starving in Iponri, I decided to ask for 30K and he said this person hasn’t remitted, this person hasn’t paid, you they’re not happy because of this and all of that.

“And then me I was like, ahahn… but this person na, shebi you tell me say you were impressed and happy? Give my oga hin money na, make my oga take settle me and all of that. Me, I don’t care if you give Basket 100k for the job but my 30k is my 30k.

“It was very funny to now hear from them knowing that this full payment has been made long before the event.

“I said ‘O-kay, is that the situation?’. So I forwarded this one’s message to this one and vice versa. So they now started fighting each other and all of that.

“I didn’t do that because I wanted to get at Basketmouth per say. I did that because I was hungry, I was hustling and needed food on the table at the time.”

Hence it is called the Garden City!
A city laced with beauties everywhere you go.

Unlike Lagos, where the madness of the day will not let you see anything beautiful during the day.

In Port Harcourt it is enormous beauty that blesses your sight each time you are out.

I am a progressive, and I believe in growth, development and a flow and exchange of cultures amongst people, however there are some things that seems to be overboard when doing so, and one of it is the issue of indecency in dressing amongst the women folk, I said this specifically because this is mostly a women affair..

I decided to breeze in to the south south city of Port Harcourt, the city is known for this thing of highlife, flexings and razzmatazz, so persons there try to appear classy and trendy, but I wasn't comfortable when I discovered that a major proportion of young ladies and even older ladies has shamelessly taken up the trend of wearing no bra,and even wearing clothes that reveal everything, the nipples and their undies.

It was quite disgusting to see one lady wearing such to church, I felt like going there and dragging her out,it didn't speak well, women who live in the area not minding how their body structure is just flaunt everything, even sacred things for marriage, and I see this as a moral debauchery.

I don't know if it is trend or westernization but to me it is nothing but a desecration and depreciation of sound values, women are to be known for chastity not such,I see most men enjoy such sights but it breeds perversion and rape cases...

Please women have value for yourself, you mustn't be naked to appear beautiful and classic
Which state/city are you from?
we love our PH city, the Garden city.
