Please house i just received my umidigi A5 pro today, the problem i am having now is that it keep showing 3G with an 'x' on the network I'm using airtel, i have been using the airtel line on my infinix note 4 without any problem. Please anyone with a solution.

Please, why is it that A5 Pro does not have the option for saving/ moving your apps to external storage instead of only the internal storage. I need to move some apps to external storage to create some space for the device to run smoothly. Your suggestion is highly appreciated

I removed a battery and the problem still persists.

It shows full charge in less than a minute and discharges in 3 secs

I also use A3pro and I have the same issue started about 3weeks ago, truth be told there's no remedy I have tried safe mode, flashed older roms and also Android 9 nothing worked. Am done with the brand.

Sincerely no solution. I had same trouble and nothing helped. I didn't have the energy to fight the guy who sold it to me on this forum.

The only solution is to return phone and get another replacement. I couldn't because my A3 pro was bought from a Nairalander, and camera didn't work since day one.

I was among the first people to get the a5pro on this thread and it was working fine until recently

As for the Upods you can see where I stated that they didn't fall Soo am surprised where all the faults is springing from
