Change the cable to at least a 2a rated cable, if it doesn't work use another 2a rated charging brick, if the issue is the same then turn off and try charging. If it still persists the back up and factory reset but that should be the very last option.

Xiaomi has been producing quality phones at their expense. And they are realizing that if they continue in such vein. They may not last long in the market. But they are gradually injecting cheaper specs phones into the market. Very soon you wont be able to overlook a device because it will be totally very low quality

This comment again? Please answer the following questions: Does it still say "charging" even after it reaches 100% or does it stop showing charging but still shows the power/bolt icon close to the battery icon?

The answers to these questions will determine the appropriate answer to your compliant.

The reverse is the case for me. When i use my powerbank to charge my fone, it lasts way longer.

Battery longevity depends on a lot of factors, which have been covered earlier but even power banks are different and the charging protocols are also different.

If you get a good power bank with a good charge protocol like the Xiaomi PB or the Romoss sense 6 or 8 plus. Ur battery will definitely last longer, same thing goes for the charging brick used.

So I would advise we know our phones, know what works for us and get the charging devices that work best for us.

First the umidigi F2 is in presale so no one has gotten it here esp in Nigeria.

Secondly, who complained of umidigi products from Jumia having faults ABI u won start ur own?

If u're interested in getting a device pls go ahead and get one of ur choice, every device has it's ups and downs but that's why threads like this exist to solve them if and when they arise.

Umidigi is near stock android and doesn't use a launcher, they have a very thinned down UI which gets the job done. A lot of us actually use third party apps, so look around play store and see what suits ur taste.
