Am asking for opinion to know what is ideal, if actually these schools find out about these or not..not to advise me to lie

Good afternoon guys!..please can anyone help me with this question..to obtain cas and they ask me if I have been denied visa from any country before if I should say yes or i should say no.thanks

They might have their reasons but it's not the truth. Half of UK student visa applicants probably have one visa refusal or the other. Student Visa is point based. Get all the points, get your Visa.

they are claiming that anybody that have been refused before is eligible to be denied by visa hence the reason why they can't give me CAS

Good morning guys!
Please I want to ask as I tried to appeal to my school about the decision on not awarding me my CAS and they are saying that they operate a strict policy where by anybody that has been denied visa before from other country or US that the chances of the person getting visa in UK is slim and I want to know how true this is, if anybody knows anybody that had visa refusals and was still able to get UK and also which school did the person apply to.
Am so sad right now and confused.thanks for the help

Please I want to also know if there is a way one can apply to many schools without having to pay for the deposit fees till they give CAS as the school I applied for requested for deposit for me to be able to apply for CAS and that was discouraged me from applying to many as I didnt that kind of money to be applying to that many schools

Honestly your school has not grounds for rejecting you CAS we have people here that has been denied 8 times from other countries and yet they were still given admission and visa. Please apply to Oxford Brookes university. My admission took like 4/5 days and I got my CAS the same day I sent my POF they are not really interested in if you were previously denied a visa

does this school have opening for January or may?

I have already paid for my deposit fee before this set back but I want to know if with these development regarding my visa refusals from US if I can be able to still get UK visa?

Abeg move to another school. Don't apply to only one school apply to as many as you and make your choice.

Don't let one school let you down or make you have cold feet. Raise that chin up and apply.

Hello guys...please I was recently denied CAS from my school and am so devastated, I was asked during my application if I have been denied visa before which I acknowledged which was from united states of America
Please what am I chances of getting CAS from another school with this setback?
