LagosOrigin:Simply because he will win. Jonathan is unstoppable except by God or himself. He's been a victim of brutal propaganda, victim of great betrayal etc so no new weapon in their arsenal against him. Also, to average Nigerians, the best thr current government can be given is being insensitive and wicked. So, a need for an alternative which Jonathan represent. And he will win. |
AMINDA:He said it clearly that he joined in forming APC also that he's not ready to oppose Tinubu. He's position is very clear in that post. By the way, I'm not his fan |
Release executive order to amend constitution. Include secession clause, remove immunity from all public office holders, debungle our internal security systems and put structure in place to secure the non-governed spaces in Nigeria, make Inec and siecs truly independent, Full resource control/ regional government, restructure our transport system |
Despite them having 100% before being beaten now I'm not impressed seeing the way and timing of the winning goals. I know it's just a matter of time the jamboree will end. I've never been a fan of Isak in lieu of added strength in defence. Except something meaningful is done during winter window, I don't see that huge amount spent being fully justified at the end of the season Though, I have my reservation on Slot. Because it seems he's doing well now, fingers crossed |
To use our power of choice. To choose our allegiance to God or Satan, then, receive the consequence of our choice. |
Guilty conscience at work in Obj heart. He has forgotten so soon how he was desperate about everything. I still maintain that all the hydra headed evils such as corruption, insecurity etc are the maturation of the seeds sown by Obj administration. The current leadership is bad but, he's not a saint either. |
Let the guy leave the girl in peace now, before the daughter of another man enter problem in the hand of ason of another woman. She deserves to be loved wholeheartedly |
It's MJ. Although others worthy of note is Bob Marley, Abraham Lincoln. |
Adesina18111:You mean since 1999. Because Michael Ajasin rule is still a yardstick to measure good governance in that state |
Ladoja still promoting his Ankara business as it's been said in some quarter. The pomp and pageantry he has brought to olubadan stool is topnotch. May he live long and reign well |
In the real sense of it nairaland needs to upgrade. On the average it's just as it is about 13 years ago I opened the account. Imagine!! It's his business and we love his ingenuity that's why we are talking now, it will be disheartening if another comes up and relegate this to the background. Seun and his team should upgrade and update this platform |
The usefulness of that plant is so much. It is a mad hair fertilizer that will make hair grow fast and without breakage. It's an appetizer for those that have reduced food intake as a problem. It has numerous benefits. If our government can allow research and controlled cultivation, the results will be mind-blowing. That's one incomplete project of late Akeredolu of Ondo state |
Until we wake up to realize that Nigeria's problem is first Nigerians before the leaders, things like this will continue infact become more intense. The leadership class understand this, put structure in place to protect themselves, using a fellow ordinary Nigerians whose mouth they've rub with oil and a promise of the scent of chicken while they sit to devour the chicken to look for opportunity to make more money from the masses. These ones will sit down, draw out more despotic policies for them to implement and show them how to go free with it. That's how it is in every Nigerian organization. Until we see ourselves collectively deserving the soup and not just the aroma, this divide and rule system will continue to make life more difficult for common man. RIP to the deceased dockay |
That his list of achievement was an indictment of cluelessness on the part of the president and his handlers. It showed the level of mediocres running the government of this nation. Just an SSS 2 student of geography will note the abnormally in that list. A president and his handlers can not delineate his constituency properly, can not correctly state the location of the projects you said you are doing, and you proudly display your lack of understanding of your job to the public! It is a pitiable pismal dismal. |
This man is looking for relevance again by all means just because he wants to be president! To a common man in Nigeria, Tinubu is a failure, to civil servants, he's a deceiver, to political class he's the greatest, to the superelite business class he's sagacious. To the Brettonwoods, he's doing well. It is really the complex interplay of these dynamics plus his political crudeness and ruggedity that will determine the outcome of 2027. Personally, I don't want him and won't vote him, but what if I'm in the minority group? All I know is nothing for El rufai. You joined to bring Buhari, then joined to bring Tinubu so you are planning to bring yourself. Buhari, Tinubu and your government in Kaduna state already tell us what you have in mind. If El rufai becomes president or have access to presidency, then southern Nigeria becomes southern Kaduna to him |
When people are calling Ambode names because he didn't fight Tinubu and clapping for Obaseki for his episode with Oshiomhole, I was just shaking my head! They are two distinct scenario that looked alike. Even this one is still a total scenario. Nigeria is evolving, and one thing is sure; people can hardly has the power these two wield together again. Because other people are learning. |
Maladaise:Not complete, what of Alex Iwobi? |
Kobojunkie:I would not have answered you but, you will think you made a point if I don't. Firstly, real education comes with objectivity not only big grammar and yearning to be heard. I've engaged people on this forum with divergent views and they neither take it personal nor engage with insult. It was a mutual respect for each others opinions from which we both learn. Secondly, you only give what you have, I don't have insult, so sorry, I can't insult you, what I have is objectivity and respect for other's opinion whatsoever it is and no matter how you express it. It only defines who you are to me. Thirdly, that an evil has been going on and it's on the increase does not suddenly changes it's nomenclature to good, no matter when there's an awakening to it, it must still be called what it is and fight it appropriately. That this particular topic only take care of a minute section of the hydra-headed issue is clear to any one that chose to see it that way. That as a society and as a people we can choose to accept this as a menace that we must all device means of solving wholistically to save our daughters and future generations is a must. Fourthly, has it bother you to know the high figures of people living positively, the age range and the permanent psychological effects, financial effect, physical effects that comes with such a realization... I can go on and on but, I choose to stop here. Meanwhile, I won't respond to you again on this topic. Good day |
Kobojunkie:The reason there must be minimum standard for morality, but if civility embraced gives a disdainful outlook to morality, then, no one should complain about the depravity of the society. Some of those climes that facilitated our so-called civilization still has minimum standard that must not be crossed but if we say morality is old-school and discipline is hatred, no problem, we shall all see what our society becomes in a decade's time. I rest my case |
Kobojunkie:Train yours the way you like dooo |
Kobojunkie:I hope that protect them as well from emotional breakdown that follows betrayal of trust when the relationship goes south. Don't forget we are talking of children here. |
Na Onana be my own best goalie of this generation. The hope of good strikers. No be everything person dey carry serious. |
Kobojunkie:I hope the implant will also prevent the child from sexually transmitted diseases! |
It's unfortunate there's still no viable opposition to unsit this man in 2027. How I wish AA can step aside on 2027 to allow our politics emerge, this man would have started packing his load by now. But NO! Who even know if AA is not even working for him with a promise of handing over to him in 2031 after all they are allies and Nigeria is ruled by calculation of the elite political class and not masses choice. Because despite the so called coalition, this man did not bother, then, he must know what we might not know Fingers crossed |
One of the reasons the old are sitting tight on power. The youth in Nigeria political space has shown themselves to be worse than them. Imagine from Salisu Buhari to OUK to Dimeji Bankole to Yahaya Bello to that rep member from the east that want to make someone disappear to Elisha Abbo that slapped a woman in public place to this one that is misbehaving among many others. The youth should get matured, we need not just a replacement but better replacement for these aged men. Fingers crossed |
Kingpele:Thanks so much for this. I'm EPL fan but it's overrated. I would have expected him to accept that if it's barca or real Madrid with assurance of good playing time but aside that two, he got a good deal. |
ADC unfortunately is not a party, but just a SPV coalition to prepare for 2027. The fact that it is clear that AA is running for candidacy made it clear that it's all for him from the beginning and some have become disgruntled by that. I will start taking them serious when I see their performance in Osun, Anambra, Ekiti state elections. Besides there's gonna be NA run off election later in the year. So, this is their acid test and hope they preformed if not, they had lost it before entering the ring Fingers crossed |
This is a bill that doesn't deserve the attention of our senators if they are really busy in nation building. But alas! I doubt if they even know what needs to be done to improve on the standard of living of a common man! |
That interview gave him out that he's not a trader. Forex trading is legit but it's not a quick rich scheme neither is it so that easy. You can know it well and with good capital or prop firm account, consistently build up. But, not this type of this boy tho. |
Political speaking, Anim state is the only state worth creating to reduce the lopsidedness of the political discussions. If size and ungoverned areas are e issue, then states like Niger, Plateau, Borno, Adamawa and Taraba needs attention. If it's based on population, then states like Anambra, Lagos, Kano Rivers need attention. But if for political selfish reasons, then every local government needs to become a state. We are not yet serious in this country |
